I was on the hunt for a new toner, and I'm really happy I picked this up. I love that it's natural and am pleased with the ingredients: rosewater is great for redness, witch hazel is awesome for clearing up blackheads and aloe is good for calming the skin.
Even though alcohol denat is the second ingredient, I don't find this to dry out my skin.
My face feels clean and refreshed after using it, and I think it has definitely helped with cleaning my pores. I've been using Neostrata's glycolic acid toner as well and I have had no problems alternating between the two.
The bottle is a fair size. I'm willing to pay decent money for good products. There is usually a reason why certain things are very cheap, and others expensive (unless you're just paying for the brand name!)
This is a really great product. I wish people would realize the benefits natural ingredients have, vs. harsh chemicals in so many of the products we use that aren't necessary!

Bought this with high hopes! I usually like Burt's Bees products... but this one let me down. For reference, I don't have sensitive skin, nor do I have acne or frequent break outs. After running out of my beloved Lancome toner, I bought this on a whim based on the price and that it's supposed to be "natural". Unfortunately, on first use, I broke out in hives and welts all over my face (yuck). I'm guessing it is from the alcohol in it (something Lancome toner does not have), which is my mistake for not reading the ingredients thoroughly. :( If you are very allergic to alcohol this is not the product for you! It may also be the glycerin that my skin is reacting to.
Absolutely love this stuff. I always found toners to be too harsh on my skin, so when I saw that this was made specifically for sensitive skin I snatched it right away. My skin is smoother and far less irritated since I've been using this toner.
I liked this product overall, especially how its all natural. I use it with a cotton pad at nighttime after washing my face then I apply moisturizer on my face. It makes your skin a lot better, I was hoping it would diminish my hyperpigmentation but it didnt :( rest assure, its a great product that makes your skin feel refreshed in the morning. However, it makes my skin sensitive afterwards if i don't apply moisturizer right away. My sister has Rosacea and it worked fine on her. The only con would be that its really pricey, $16CDN and it comes in a small bottle so it's gonna be used up kinda quick. but i don't mind repurchasing.
I have used this toner for years. But only recently found that I reach for it consistently. I used to go back and for with this and Clinique's toner in #2. But found that the Clinique one was just getting to be too drying for my skin. When I used up my last bottle of Burt's Bee's rosewater&glycerin toner I panicked because most retailer's that carry the line unfortunately don't carry this one specific product. I randomly went into a local pharmacy that is also a health food store looking for new herbal tea's to try and lo and behold there it was. I will continue to use this as long as I can find it. My skin has never looked, or felt better. My only gripe is with the packaging, I wish they would put a flip-open cap on the bottle. Other than that, this is an A-1 product in my skin care regime. And I love the scent. Just lovely!

I LOVE this. Yes it has alcohol which can be drying, but it also has glycerin which is a humectant, meaning it draws moisture in. The very first time I used this my large pores almost disappeared, and that result has been consistent the more I use it. No idea how, but I'm sticking with it. Plus it smells amazing.

Pros:
- Refreshing
- Barely any fragrance
- Not a ton of alcohol
Cons:
- Doesn't do anything for skin IMO
Overall:
Again I really wanted to like this product. I had high hopes that it would do something for me but has done nothing for my skin. I will say that it feels so nice on your face especially in the hot summer months. I will not repurchase simply because it hasn't done a thing and I would be wasting my money. I don't no recommend it though. I think if you want a gentler toner you should try this but for me it was a fail product.

Love this toner! I believe this is the best I've ever used in my entire life. Smells great, leaves your face clean and refreshed and doesn't strip off all moisture.
Best of all - doesn't make my super acne-prone/ sensitive (constantly with redness) skin break out at all! I use this with Burt's Bees Sensitive line (Night and Eye creams).
Am recommending this toner to friends and family. Will definitely buy this again.
I finally got around to trying this toner. It was around $11 at Target. They've recently changed the packaging so it's now in a plastic bottle instead of the glass (I added a picture above). This toner smells lightly of roses, doesn't burn or sting my combination skin, and leaves my face feeling soft and refreshed. It doesn't leave a sticky residue like other toners I've tried, and dries pretty quickly. The smell doesn't seem to linger too long. Overall, refreshing, especially in the summer! I might buy this again, but I'll try making my own next.

This toner is just lovely - it smells exactly like lush, garden-fresh roses. The packaging is gorgeous - a heavy, frosted glass bottle. I keep it on my dresser to use with cotton squares, but I have also decanted 2oz or so into a travel size spritz bottle ($0.99 at Target) that I keep in the fridge to mist my face whenever the urge arises. It is so cooling and refreshing, perfect for hot summer days. I have not noticed any drying of my skin or any unpleasant skin issues whatsoever - just a lovely experience all around, and so I will of course be repurchasing.
