My mom is a loyal Shiseido user. She has porcelain skin and has been desperately trying to help me on my super oily skin. Everytime a new Shiseido sunscreen comes out, she'd be persuaded by the lady at the counter and bought me one. I have used a few different lines of Shiseido sunscreen products including this Sunblock Face Cream. Because I have very oily skin, no Shiseido sunscreen product sits well with me. They're too greasy and always cause breakouts and bumps on my face. I finally asked my mom nicely not to buy me any Shiseido sunscreens, ever. Sorry mom!

The one I have is Sun Block Face Cream SPF35 in a blue/orange tube. My skin is quite (very) oily on the T-zone but normal (sometimes dry and the get oily) on the cheeks and I felt that this sunscreen doesn't suit my skin type. This sunscreen would work better on people w/ normal skin. I probably won't repurchase this again because I still have half the tube left that I'm forcing myself to finish...probably going to use it on my neck instead.

This used to be my favorite sunscreen in the world. It's very light and absorbed instantly. I have normal to oily skin and this never caused me any problems. But now I've moved on to Neutrogena's Ultra Light suncreen.

This is a pretty good sunscreen. I believe this one contains only physical blockers. The texture is like a cream (not liquidy at all) and would be a good option for those with dry skin. However, it kind of just sat on top of my skin. I will stick with my DDF Photo-age Moisturizing 30.

This is another sunscreen that stings my skin bad, and dry them out by the evening. I initially wanna get it because it was quite moisturising on the back of my hand, but after the first application, I hated it. It stings upon application, then it felt quite moisturising, but start to dry my skin out after 3 hours, by night i would have peeling skin on nose and cheeks. The only good things are it didnt give me the whitish look, spread easily, and it did protect well, but nevertheless, i still wouldnt purchase another one.

I bought the Shiseido "Sun Block Face Cream" with SPF 35. (the blue tube)
It seems a bit greasy and thick at first (but I haven't found a single sunscreen that doesn't feel greasy so...). I recommend applying it little by little. Literally half a dime spurts, spreading it out on your hands and just patting it into your face. It absorbs it right away. If it's having a hard time absorbing and masks your face white, you're using WAY too much.
If you apply it sparingly, it's soft and non-greasy on your skin. It's a really good moisturizer. I usually don't have to use anything other than this (I have combination skin - a bit oily on my nose) for daytime moisturizing.
Also, I have sensitive skin and it hasn't caused any allergic reactions or acne.
The cons are it's initial greasiness and thickness, but it comes with the territory of sunblock, I believe. Until I find something better, I will definitely buy this product again. It's a bit pricey, but it lasts for a pretty long time. (I've had mine for a year, and I try to use it everyday)

I like this product. Been using it in conjunction with the sunblock stick for more than 3 years. I have very sensitive skin and prone to breakouts. This is the only brand that hasn't caused any acne on me.

One of the best sunscreens I've used so far. Some people might find it leaves a white cast over the face, so you'll have to blend it properly. It isn't an oil-free sunscreen like Clinique SuperCity Block SPF25, it has a rather moisturising base. It's soft and non-greasy, a very impressive product. I believe that this is similar to the SPF35 block in the US. AU$33 for 50ml, check this out, it worths!
