Thumbs up for Kaidu, especially as a winter scent and a great base for the deeper fragrances I use this time of year. Thumbs down for the Honey Souffle part, which is a strange texture and turns rancid much faster than AZW's shea and shea souffle butters, so it only gets a four. I stick with the shea ones now and Kaidu scent because my SO loves it so much he constantly asks for it; it's the one of few scents (in any line) that doesn't make him sneeze, and he loves foody-vanilla anything so doesn't mind if I smell like cookies, which you definitely do when you wear this :) It is strong, it is sweet, but it doesn't turn on me and doesn't smell plastic-y or artificial. I do get more of the creamy vanilla and brown sugar than coconut; but I think it still has more depth than a straight vanilla sugar. AZW has some other really nice scents (Vanilla Nut is VERY similar to Kaidu, btw, it's not worth getting both) but out of all the ones I've tried, I believe they do foody (especially bakery), fruity, and vanilla-based ones best. They have excellent customer service and turnaround time, and give great samples. I've been a customer for years.

Kaidu smells so yummy in the tub – sweet vanilla cream, caramel, and a little coconut sprinkling – but it turns rancid on my body! I really want to love this, but I think the honey soufflé formulation may be the culprit. My Vanilla Nut in Honey Souffle smelled a little off too; it was really faint at the beginning and got really strong as I reach closer to the bottom of the tub.

I love this stuff! Mine actually seemed a bit on the thin side but I like it anyways!
It smells like vanilla frosting with coconut in it. My daughter said the same thing, she is 8. This will be great for layering with sprays and fragrance also. It is strong smelling also. Yumm!

Yummy! AZW lotions smooth on so wonderfully, you feel like you are putting icing on your skin. The scent of Kaidu is suprisingly slightly sweet, nutty, creamy buttery scent. Wish this was a fragrance! Love it.

Although I like the shea butter body cream formulation better, the honey cream moisturizes Ok. Didn't care for the overwhelming note of burned caramel in Kaidu though.

I was sure I would love this scent, but wound up disappointed. It was just too light for my nose... a real surprise to me considering the sccent power on most AZW creams amazes me. Doesn't smell bad, just too subtle for me to repurchase.

Wow. This smells awesome. I think it smells like fresh rolls covered in brown sugar. Very warm and very foody. I can see how some might find this *too* sweet, but if you love sweet scents, give it a try! I detect no artifical or plastic-y tones to it.

I love this. I wish I could describe the smell ... it's sweet, but not sickening. I got three compliments in one day on this product. Wow! The honey butter souffle is so creamy and smooth. It's great for feet, elbows, legs, everything. This will be a staple of mine.

I was so excited to try this out since I heard so many raves about it. The texture of the honey butter souffle is superb...it's somewhat on the thick side but sinks into the skin very well. Feels sticky upon initial application but goes away quickly. I just don't care for the scent. Kaidu is described as a mixture of brown sugar, vanilla, and coconut. To be quite honest, I just smell brown sugar and a little bit of vanilla. It's very sweet, almost too sweet even for me and I LOVE food scents. Will pass on this one, but YMMV. I definitely love her lemon creme though!
