This is an amazing cream. It's cheap, and does wonders. The 25000 unit one isn't that good, but this one is a winner. I usually layer it, with this under and a heavier cream during the day, or just this cream over my darphin complex, it depends on the weather. It helped clear my daughter's excema-an all round winner!

I have very sensitive skin, with eczema prone cheeks but an oily T-zone. I have tried heaps of moisturisers, from dirt cheap to very high end and this is one of, if not, the best. I got this for free a year ago in a promotion and have never looked back. Calms my sensitive, eczema prone skin and doesn't make me break out. A few months ago I switched as I felt like splashing out, however I have gone back to using this cream. I can't rate it highly enough.

Great vitamin e cream! I love how it smooths out my neck and chest, as well as how it's moisturizing my arms which started getting dry & flaky.

I haven't used it on my face so can't remark on performance there.

I got this for < $7 off Amazon and uploaded a pic with the new label. I'm pleased with results as I've had no adverse reactions - just better looking skin! continued >>

I love this cream. Nothing has worked as well to moisturize without being greasy. (and I have tried a lot of stuff) This one is much better than the 25000 IU.

Have used this at night for over a year on my 50+ face. It is too heavy for daily use, but as a night cream, it's the best! I wash my face in the shower with clarisonic, put on vitamin C serum and about 5 minutes later put this cream on. I wake up every morning to glowing skin.On several occasions I have worn it on no-makeup days, and I look dare I say it, younger thanks to the dewiness. I love that it's cheap, no fragrance (well a natural one), and in a big tub.I've used many HE products in the past, but none work as well for me. I just had to re-purchase after one year. Took off one lippie because this wouldn't be for oily or acne prone women, but for my combo/dry skin, it's the best.

If you are on a budget but still want good results, or perhaps you want something for off days or when using nice things would be a waste of money, this is it.

Ingredients are very well done. There are quite a few "organic" ingredients as well. "Organic" since it's not a regulated term but with how this is formulated, I believe them. Vitamin E, C, and A, all very high in the list. And E and C reinforce each other. No fragrance, colors, etc. 4oz for like $5 - WHAT!? Ridiculous. The combination of those 3 things really seals the deal. I use A LOT of this as night cream and exfoliate before it, and it seems to absorb well. Smell, I can't really describe. It doesn't smell chemically, plant like, and whatever it is is not strong, but it smells like a cream though. Smells don't bother me.

Now the negatives: oil free it's not. I don't mind oils though, but there's a ton of them in this and probably why it always leaves a sheen. You can feel it too but no that badly, oily skin beware anyways. Also, under makeup during the day? Probably for the driest skin only, but it might work with matte or drying products. I don't use it during the day because I don't think it's specifically designed for the face - I mean, what other moisturizer is sold in 4oz jars, let alone with this price? I've tried using it both day and night, but it was overkill and I think my skin was negatively reacting with it. No breakouts but just the smoothness and texture and got worse, like it was too much for it. Also, when applying it's streaky and white, kinda like it has SPF, but no big deal.

I'm going to try different things but if I ever need to save money I am so going back to this. I love how I can really put a lot on and it has good ingredients. Jar packaging sucks but not the worst thing in the world.

The cream is inexpensive, isn't toxic and does a nice job. There can be an oily feeling if you put on too much but does seem to absorb into the skin. A have acne prone skin and this has been helping with the breakouts and in general my skin has improved with this cream.

For around $12 or less, you get a huge 4 oz tub of a plain, off-white cream with a faint odor. The texture is thick but light--it sits almost like a gel in the tub. I find I only have to take a small bit to cover my face. The texture on the face is slightly tacky at first, but in about a half hour, the cream is absorbed.
I got tired of paying megabucks for good, but small jars of pricey creams like Clarins and DHC, and the ingredients in the drugstore and dept. store --well, it's like navigating a minefield. Parabens? Other bad ingredients? Where are they on the list? This cream is "70% organic" which is kind of silly as putting in any non organic makes it not organic by definition, but the oils are avocado, wheat germ, almond and there is aloe vera and of course the vitamin e.

Jason is owned by Hain Celestial and they seem dedicated to good products that are good for you, and I am so happy with this cream that I will repurchase.

This is for the 25,000 IU cream. This is a REALLY great moisturiser - i want to say for the size and price, but really on all fronts it's very good. I came across it looking for something to return my dry face to normal when I had a cold last week. I'm surprised to hear some reviewers have had blocked pores and acne after usage since I'm prone to creams being overly heavy and doing that to me, but not this. The consistency is thick , almost like a cold cream. Takes a while to absorb well. It did the job with my parched, sickly skin, and felt very soothing and resorative.
Also my hands have been ultra dry too and i've been slathering on various lotions and potions to try and soften them. Nothing has had much effect except for this!
I just have to update that this just gets even better to use. Who would've thought? I LOVE IT.

Update: i think this made me break out :/ i got 3 big pimples on my face so now i've been using it on my eye area and around my mouth. i hope its not this and my face is just purging itself of something (as I've been using some new products) and i'll be able to use it again. now i'm just using jojoba oil as a moisterizer (2 drops with my toner) and i've found this quite moisturizing in itself.
i like this. i'm not wowed from it, just bc its a good simple cream. it does have a sticky texture that doesn't absorb immediately but its really moisturizing and i love that. i have acne prone skin that gets very dry everywhere but on and around my nose (weird bc i get acne on my cheeks and forehead). This has not made me break out, leaves me face nice and supple in the morning. i wouldn't use it for day bc 1 its too thick and 2 no spf. just buy it! oh yah and the smell is just bc they don't put fragrance. good for you skin so don't whine.

Great stuff! Thought it might break me out, nope, seems to be helping with acne. I use it alternating with other face creams. Leaves me luminous the next day. It's a bit thick, but soothing, and I like a rich cream anyway.

I bought this after my immense success with the intensive hydrating butter cream (in a similar packaging).
I decided to try this one since I know Vitamin E has a good reputation for hydrating and brightening skin tone.
I was very disappointed with this one though. It's incredibly sticky and seems to refuse to absorb into my skin. I've taken to only using it at night because I can't even hope to get makeup or sunscreen on top of this moisturizer.
I think I'll buy the one I liked before and mix small amounts of this one in just to use it up.
UPDATE:
So, the stickiness and slow absorption still applies, but for now I had to change my rating from a 3 to a 4 because a few days ago I realized that my skin looks better than it has in months... the difference? This cream.
My skin really looks very hydrated and glowing. I'll test a little more, but my rating even might be going to a 5.

This a very nice cream. It moisturizes very well and repairs the skin overnight. When you first put it on, it does feel quite heavy, but then it's a night repair cream so that's ok. It doesn't look shiny at all. However, the cream has too much oil in it for my combination skin and I think it might be contributing to my blackheads. My face looks extremely greasy in the morning. I think this is very good for people with dry skin, but is probably too oily for combination to oily skin. After I'm done with this, I'll try some some kind of oil free antioxidant gel or cream.

Don't mind the packaging at all. I kind of like jars.
It's a good simple moisturizer. I use it on my face, neck and hands. It's very cheap and I like that it has minimal ingredients. I feel safe using it and my face has not reacted by breaking out at all and i have using it for over half a year now. I am very prone to acne, too!
It only gets 4 lippies bc I have used moisturizers like SK-II that give my skin a better texture and moisturizes better on dry flaky winter skin but over all, it's great! No prob with the smell either. Didn't notice it till I read the reviews here.

This was a lovely surprise for me. I ordered it online after reading these rewievs, and it did not dissapoint me at all. What a lovely moisturizer! The consistence is very fluffy and light, and still it take care of even my desert dry legs without feeling greasy. Yeah, the jar is HUGE so I am going to use it everywhere =) I was a bit afraid to use it on my face at first, as I have earlier had a bad reaction to the Vitamin E oil from Jason. So I applied just a tiny bit at first, but it felt just great and I am so going to repurchase this one. I get my Jason products from Iherb.com, and if you use the permanent code RUF933 at checkout you will get $5 off on the order.

I just bought my second tub of Jason 5000 I.U. Vitamin E All Purpose Moisturizing Creme, and I was really afraid I would run out. This tub lasted for over a year and is the best cream I have ever used on my face. My skin is normally about like the Mojave desert, so I need a lot of moisturizing. Most everything else I've tried breaks me out, but this just makes my skin normal, and normal is very very good.
For night time I mix this with my own blend of vite e oil and my own hyaluronic acid syrum, and for day I just use it straight. Like I said I do have nasty dry skin, but this just makes it so very nice. For me this cream is HG status, can't be without it. And the price is amazing.

How I love this. I didn't realize how essential this was to keeping my skin normal-looking, but when I forgot to take this with me on a trip and my skin FREAKED out in dry flakes around my eyes and mouth, I was shocked because I'd taken Cetaphil Cream with me, and I definitely thought that Cetaphil would be just as moisturizing, if not more, than this. But seriously, until I get back home my face will be flake-galore; it's disgusting. Did I mention I love how this cream absorbs? It doesn't sit on my face like all of my other moisturizers, but actually sinks in and makes skin feel better upon contact. Amazing. I also have acne-prone skin and this cream hasn't aggravated anything, if not actually helped with my skin.
I don't understand how other people are saying that this smells weird, because I don't notice any smell when I use this. And even if this smelled bad I'd use it because it's the best moisturizer I've ever used (that says a lot). The only one qualm I would ever have about this product is the packaging. I'd much prefer it if it came in a tube, as the jar is a little unsanitary, but for a product this good, I think I'll live. And to all the Jason Cosmetics haters, stop your bitching on a product page... If you're thinking of buying this, do it because this has worked miracles for me, and it's cheaper than Cetaphil.

This review is for the Jason Natural Cosmetics Revitalizing Moisturizing Creme 5,000 IU Vitamin E -
I was browsing thru drugstore.com for the Vitamin E oil and saw this product had rave reviews..i must say i am impressed with this stuff..i have the driest skin on my body and normal skin on my face(weird i know!) The first time i used this only on my face, i was turned off by the smell and its a touch greasy. But results were awesome, in the morning i woke up with soft radiant skin(sound like a commercial :P) but its true..I have been using this religiously(almost :P) and whenever i do i have a good skin day. The other day i was experimenting with this on my body and man its even better on the body..My body gets so dry in the winter that inspite of using moisturizers i tend to get itchy..but after using this everything has been good..The 2 negatives about this is the smell(but it does fade) and its a touch greasy so using it right before going to bed will be nice..i dont know how this might work for the summer..but for the winter its nice. So big thumbs up from me.

I cannot tolerate this! The smell makes me dry heave everytime and when I put it on, my skin feels so sticky and buttery. After letting it settle in (like 30 mins) my skin feels soft. But THAT SMELL STILL LINGERS! *gag*
UPDATE:
When applying lightly on skin, it does make it softer and nourished. Didnt have to reapply. Nice. But still STINKS!!!

I hate this cream and all of jason products first of all every product i tried from them gave me problems their coq10 toothpaste( the dentist said i had more tarter than ever before) their creams all gave me horrible burning all over my face i thought this fragrance free cream was different but i was wrong this also gave me a red burning rash all over very painful around the eyes and another thing i am soooo sick of them changing their formulas most of the time it"s for the worst not better i"ve seen them take out green tea and vitamins in alot of their creams and lotions the very reason i was buying their products in the first place some of the body lotions are good but like i said i"m sick of them changing their ingredients why the hell would you take out the good stuff? the latest example hemp cream used to have green tea and vitamins ,a,b5,c, not anymore now it"s just shea butter ,jojoba, aloe, grape seed oil and vitamin e they also changed their fragrance free lotion on a plus side they added green tea but you can"t use it on your face they added an ingredient called zinc ricinoleate when i looked it up it was a deodorant ingredient and it"s very drying now also. jason natural you suck!
