I recently swapped with a sweet lady who sent me a bunch of A Zaftig Woman samples. I'm not too familar with this line, I has only tried one body lotion from AZW before getting the samples.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't notice any real vanilla in this body cream. To me it smells just like a cinnamon, a warm witer or fall fragrance, not really something I would wear too much in the spring and summer.

The texture of the cream is nice and it melts right into my skin without being greasy and the scent lingers for a long time which I like. On the day that I used the sample I didn't need to wear any perfume or body splah, just the scent of the lotion was enough for me.

I was hoping for something really unique in this scent, perhaps something spicy and sweet at once as the name seems to imply it might be. But this actually smells like nothing more than Big Red chewing gum, which I happen to love, but not as a scent in a body cream! As far as I can tell, there's no vanilla here, even in the dry down, which actually seems to make the cinnamon smell spicier as time passes. This might be better suited as a candle or tart fragrance, but I don't think I'll be wearing this again anytime soon.
