I have this in medium brown, it's not a super creamy pencil which is what I like for an eyebrow pencil, you don't have to press super hard but when it's to creamy I find it difficult to apply. This stays on my brows all day unless I rub them or something but then it's usually just a little touch up that I need. The only thing that doesnt make this a great deal is that medium brown is a warm brown so for all those girls looking for that great ash brown this isn't it, however, you can only tell in pictures with a flash.
The color selection is fantastic in this line. I love that the pencil comes with a little brush its so cute. I foud the staying power pretty good and the color pay of was not to bad either. The pencil is a bit hard/dry so needs to warm up to get it to glide on easier.

This cost me $9.99, which in my mind is kinda pricey, but I tried my sisters and decided that I should just go for it, it's got a really fine auto sharpening tip and I like my brows thin,
As so many other reviewers have noted - this pencil is very waxy, and I had smudging problems in the beginning too. I found that if I apply it sparingly, blot firmly with tissue, and then set with a powder, the pencil stays put unless you rub your face intently.
It definitely doesn't have the staying-power of other pencils and the consistency is pretty bad, but I LOVE the colour! I have tried countless other pencils and the colour was too yellow or red or dark for me (my hair colour is John Frieda 10A). I use 010 Taupe and it's perfect, an ashy dark blonde, very similar in colour to the Clinique brow pencil, but wayyy cheaper (which I guess is why the consistency on this pencil is so poor and Clinique's is so good).
BTW I used to use Clinique but stopped using it because I have pretty much no brows so I go through a lot of brow pencil!

I bought this in Taupe because I couldn't find Cover Girl's brow pencils, and I figured there's always something better quality than Cover Girl. I compared Taupe to Blonde and another similar shade, which I can't remember the name of. All brow colour looks way darker on me for some reason, so I try to use very light brown shades. The quality of the pencil is amazing compared to the Cover Girl one- it's very easy to draw a line with, even if it's not sharp. However, Taupe looks dark brown on me- way too harsh! I am going to experiment with lighter applications to see if I can get my brows how they used to be. For $4 it's a great pencil, and I'm open to trying other (lighter!) shades or re-purchasing Taupe if I can't find anything better in another shade/brand.
I have this in taupe and it works really well for me. The only drawback is that it's a little greasy and smudges a bit but I set it with clear brow gel and that seems to do the trick. I paid $3 for it which is a pretty good deal. Would most likely repurchase
After 2 years of searching I finally found a brow pencil in a drugstore for redheads. I nearly freaked out when I saw the shade "auburn" in the display and purchased it without a second thought. After trying to use this pencil for over a week I've given up and tossed it. The colour is a great match for my red hair, but that really is the only pro about this product. I found it to be quite greasy and waxy in texture and smudged like no one's business. I could of looked past that it's pencil that requires sharpening if the product was any good, but it's not.
I have to preface this by saying that I would buy this again, were I up a financial gumtree and unable to find anything within my price range. Taupe is a fairly decent colour, adequate for my light brown brows. But the consistency! Argh! Sharpening this monster made a cloggy, waxy mess of my sharpener and shortened the life of the pencil considerably. Also I noticed that, as the day wore on, there was a fair amount of smudging. The attached brush is acceptable but not ideal. I'm going back to my Maybelline pencil in Dark Blonde.

I bought this product in the Taupe color. Great natural color..not too dark, not too light. I like that the product is not oily but a little waxy to help hold the hairs in place. The only negative thing is that the waxy texture can be kind of hard to apply and sometimes pulls out some of the hairs, but the finishing result is nice. The brush is a good add-on but I would prefer a spoolie. Overall I would buy this product again. =)
I have been using this product for about 7 years now. I have very sparse and incredibly light blonde eyebrows and I was sick of having no definition to my face. When I would look into the mirror, my eyebrows would just blend in to my face; you could not see them! I was walking around in Shoppers (in Canada) one day and came across this line of eyebrow pencils and decided to give it a shot. I stood there for awhile trying to decide between taupe and blonde and eventually decided to go with taupe. I have literally been using the taupe pencil everyday for the past 7 years. It does have a waxy feel to it but it does disappear throughout the day. I have gone through 16 hour days with makeup on my face and this stuff has never budged on me. I have oily skin and back when I would "wear" my eyebrows to bed I did have some breakouts form on my eyebrow line (although you could never really see them because they were covered by my light hair). So I do recommend to make sure you take this product off before bed time.
Needless to say I absolutely love this product and continue to stock up on it every single time I can. I am happy to see that overall it has great reviews because it really is a good product. TIP: If you're sick of paying $8 for this at Shoppers...try Walmart. It is normally $3-$4 there.
