I got this lipstick as a free gift and wasn't really impressed at first as the colour looked a little brown but once I applied it things changed.
This is a great lipstick! it's so smooth and creamy it just glides along your lips and adds the perfect pinkie colour. The colour is semi-sheer pink with a touch of burgendy and not too much shine, just a soft sheen. I find I can wear this lipstick with anything because it's not too overpowering, it just adds the right amount of colour with any look. I have dark skin and this colour shows up well on my lips, it would work well on any skin tone. It's also not sticky like other lipsticks can be and it does not dry out your lips either, in fact, I find that it hydrates my lips so I can re-apply over and over without worrying about chapping.

Very similar in colour to MAC's Mocha or MAC Taupe, but has a satin texture - light and moist but not glossy wet. Subtle. When I run out of my multitude of neutral coloured lippies, this will definitely be in the top 20.

this is nice color actually. very creamy, and just give the right shade of rose on my lips. however, with the cardboard packaging it look so cheap, im a sucker for nice packaging, but with its color payoff i would buy this again if i ran out.

I didn't think I would ever find a lipstick I liked until I took a chance on this product. The color seems to flatter a real range of complexions, from very fair to medium. It's just sheer enough that it doesn't look clownish but creates a noticeably different look from my natural color. It doesn't always stay on as long as I'd like it to, but that's a minor complaint. It looks good under gloss, too.

Wendy is one of Stila's sheer formulas, and it's feels so buttery going on it's rather akin to the High Shine lippies. It's neutral rosy colour makes it universally flattering and goes with most of my makeup looks. I have quite pigmented lips, and even though this is sheer the colour shows up really nicely. Looks natural, groomed, but still sophisticated.

Yes! I would buy this lipstick again! I thought I found my everyday pink when I bought Tarte's Sweet Dreams, but this is the one I had been looking for! Wendy is warmer than Sweet Dreams, has better coverage and pigmentation (and thus is more long-wearing), and is wonderfully moisturizing. It's a great pick-me-up on lazy mornings.

I love my Wendy!! It's the best every day colour, it just brightens your face up without looking too heavy. It even looks nice when I get it on my teeth!

This is my favorite lipstick. EVER. The color looks really great on my lips. They're really pigmented, and it's hard to find lipsticks that look good with the color, but this one really is great. It looks fairly brown in the tube, but it ended up going on almost sheerly, and it wasn't shiny, but it did have a sheen. I don't know, but I love it!

Like most reviewers have said, this is a great color- a medium pink-brown, erfect for everday and women with warm or neutral undertones since it has a lot of brown in it. It moisturizes well too.

I like this, partially because it's a beautiful pink and partially because my name is Wendy. It's a bit too brown sometimes, but overall this is a lovely color. Perhaps it's for a darker skin tone than mine? I'm an NW20 and this is somewhat dark but it's still lovely.

This is a really pretty lipstick color, a natural rose. It's got a hint of shine to it, and it makes my lips feel nice and moisturised. The cardboard packaging ain't so great, but I bought it before they were repackaged to the stronger tubes. I love this color and will definitley repurchase!

Wendy is a good everyday lipstick that feels great on. It's moisturizing and glides on smooth. I usually wear vivid, bold lipsticks and was looking for something that looks natural on me for weekend wear or when I just want a pop of color on my lips. I am fair but have yellow tones to my skin so the light burgundy brown in Wendy gives my lips a nice wash of color.

I said I'd buy this lipstick again and I probably will because I'm a huge sucker. The color is one I adore and on me gives a MLBB look that I'm always searching for. Yeah, so you're thinking what's my prob? I've bought 2 of these and each one has broken at the base after 2 uses. I struggle with using it broken until I can't stand it anymore and then I repurchase. Quite a racket Stila! But the color of this lipstick and many of the sheers in this line are gorgeous and VERY hard to resist! Buy if you can't resist and please tell me how you keep from breaking it, I beg you!

This is a pretty rosey nude. It is just a bit too brown for cool-toned me. I'll stick with Natalie.

They changed the packaging I suppose, because mine was in a metal tube inspired by the old cardboard - someone is listening!! This color is a very pretty, natural sheer pink - the reviewer before me described it perfectly: "my lips but better". I am brown eyed, brown haired and med olive/yellow. Not necessarily the same on everyone, so try before you buy. It's a sheer shade, so its staying power isn't great, but fades naturally and reapplying without a mirror is easy because of the neutral color. The MU artist at the counter put it on me and said it was exactly the pink I should be wearing, and I agree. Compares with Clinique Blushing Nude, my other HG, except not as matte. I'm not in love with the taste of this - a little 'grandma's lipstick' but it's subtle so I can deal with it.

This lipstick is so pretty! It is definitely "my lips but better" when I apply it. It makes my lips look rosy and healthy and I love the glossy texture which adds moisture and gives a natural effect. I got this lipstick as I was kind of disappointed with the Laura Mercier "tender lips", I was all praises for it at first but began to dislike the matte texture which made the colour look uneven on application. I also seem to be the only one who thinks this Stila cardboard packaging is nice! I wasn't too disappointed with the price and it lasts for ages too. It is definitely a product to get, I look really girly and cute with it. Get it!

Wendy is my favorite of Stila's lipsticks. Whereas many of them have a very dry texture and are difficult to apply and uncomfortable to wear, Wendy is very creamy and glossy. It's one of the sheers, but Stila's sheers are somewhat more pigmented than most sheer lipsticks. I have no trouble getting this to show up on my lips. Also I have not had problems with it going bad too quickly which is a real problem with other Stila sheers such as Natalie and Jo. Because of the super creamy, glossy texture it can feather and bleed a bit so if you have problems with that be forewarned. As far as the shade, I would describe it as a rosy pink, not Barbie doll pink but definitely cool toned. There are little if any brownish tones to this. Lovely color.

Gorg. color! Stila makes the best lipsticks as far as consistency goes. All of them are super creamy, long-lasting, not too glossy and definitely not matte or drying. Makes my lips look smooth and pretty. Wendy is a berry/medium pink. Looks great under a stila lip glaze (starfruit or sugar plum, in my opinion). I also have pixie, which i like for a more neutral, beige-y pink color. Wendy's the best!

I'm kind of on the fence about this one -- it's a really pretty, "baby lips" kind of pink, but it kind of veers into hot pink territory on my PPP coloring and gets a bit too bright for me to love it. My biggest complaint is that I've had it for a couple of years and it's gone bad -- such a nasty, bitter chemical taste that I can hardly stand to wear it. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to pitch the tube I have, don't know if I'll repurchase.
