This is way to earthy/grassy for me. Went on strong, and stayed strong. Dried down to an unpleasant strong green smell. Will not repurchase this one.

My Aunt has sold Avon for several years...she has at least one bottle of every perfume they make. I was looking for a new scent a few years ago...I smelled Haiku and was in love! It does seem like it would be a better scent for spring/summer, but I wore this for the entire fall/winter season.... I moved on to other scents, but I still love Haiku...and whenever I smell it, I love the fun holiday memories it brings to mind!

I sell this product and hate it. The smell is just so displeasing and hard hitting that I never really cared for it much. It's almost a fake citrus smell and very cheap. Not for me.

Beautiful scent...I can't see how anyone could say anything bad about it! Why it's awesome: 1) it's light, feminine and refreshing- perfect for day and office use, 2) the bottle is ADORABLE and 3) it's usually on sale for around $11.00. The scent is truly unique. Imagine pretty light florals and subtle earthy, grassy undertones. It's literally the perfect balance of femininity and the feeling of being 'clean.' I layer this stuff and get compliments all the time.

I adore soapy scents and this fits the bill. It's light and fresh and pairs well with my skin chemistry. I use the matching lotion to heighten the scent. I would have to agree with some that this is like a green floral. I can't exactly detect what notes I'm picking up but they are in there. This is one of my top Avon fragrances. Will buy again

I love the bottle, the name, and sale price (9.99), but I can't stand the smell. There's the "green, planty" notes I like, but then it dries to something old and intolerable. What the heck is it? I can't imagine wearing this at all, unless Avon got rid of the gross synthetic part. End of rant:)

Haiku is a lovely scent! Amazing! If green florals were my favorite, this would be IT! I don't normally go for green, not that I don't like them, I just prefer sweet scents, but THIS is a lovely lovely scent and just about perfection for a perfume! I'll never NOT have this in my collection. I love how it's green, but so tender and feminine. It's one of the most true to flower scents I've ever experienced. It's so fresh and vibrant, it could never be an "old lady scent", even on an old lady! One word for this could only be....graceful.

I own the roll-on antiperpirant in this scent and decided to try it today. I started to get a nice whiff of it and realized that it was coming from me! As soon as i left my doc's appt i ran to go get the complete set. I adore it. Totally does NOT smell like an Avon perfume. I own a lot of expensive perfumes but this little HAIIKU has me going back for more. I would consider this to be soapy, fresh, clean and divine! It goes on pretty strong but in a couple of minutes it softens up to a beautiful aroma that wafts around u. It lasts pretty long too, it's worth a try.

This is one of my favourite spring/summer scents. A very, light floral that wears well. A co-worker (man) likes it so much, he keeps buying it for his wife. Hope she likes it!!

I read somewhere one must wait an hour before you make a decision on a scent & to NEVER put the scent close to your nose when applying. So I applied it to the inside of my knee. Immediately there is a not as pleasing citrus right alongside a delicate floral. That's the only way I can explain it. I'm glad I gave it a chance; because after awhile, the not as pleasing citrus scent is gone. What's left is this lovely delicate subtle floral. And it lasts. The next morning it is still lingering on my clothes. It's lovely. This is one of several fragrances I use. And although it's not my first pick, it is one that I will purchase again. Personally I do not use the cologne, I use the skin softener - does not seem as strong.
