This is a really really pretty color, though be it on the sheer side. it does show up a bit on my lips and gives a beautiful shine. It is sticky but not as bad as MAC glosses. Just the right amount of stickiness to last on my lips.....I really like it!!

Guava has a slight tropical flavor and is a very sheer, light pink with a hint of beige, perfect for a nude lip look when you want just a very slight hint of pink. I adore Stila's lip pen applicators, thin and svelte that slips so easily in my purse makeup bag. I am addicted to these glosses and use them almost like lip balms since they are so moisturizing and long lasting!

This is why I really don't like sheer lipglosses. I've tried other Stila lipglazes (kitten) however, this isn't pigmented enough.
This is so sheer that can barely see it. This is great for people who are fair skinned but this brand and many other high end brands sadly only stick to pinks and beige colors. This color simply isn't bold enough color or saturated with enough pigment that my black skin and lips has a natural affinity for.

As much as I dislike the stickiness of these Stila lipglosses, they are super long lasting, and I do like some of the colors, this being one of them. It's a sheer peachy shade that takes on the undertone of your lips. Looks good on its own or overtop another lip color.

I picked up a set of 7 stila lipglazes for $10 at Costco's. These are my first stila lipglazes, and I could already tell guava would be my favorite. It's matte, perfect for everyday wear. Just a simple dab of it over some lip balm and I'm good for 2-3 hours. The fruity scent is delicious, and although its a tad bit sticky, you know it has longer wear and stays on longer. Perfect nude shade also. I will def be repurchasing!

This one is my favorite out of all the lip glazes and the one a grab for most. It's pretty and looks great alone or over many of my lipsticks.

This came with a Stila palette I bought at Ulta. I'm not a huge lip gloss fan, so I was pretty skeptical, but I do really like this. Guava is a very pale, sheer pink-mauve with a high gloss payoff. Adds a hint of color and a big blast of shine to lips. The gloss is somewhat sticky and thick, so it has more staying power. This lasted me through 4 hours and 2 cups of coffee, with minimal rub-off on my mug. Works even better with a nude liner or a waxy lip balm underneath. I'm a fair redhead with freckles, and this color works great on me. I think it would work well on all skintones, since it is essentially a neutral. This also has a fantastic fruity scent, but no annoying sweet flavor. So far this is probably my favorite lip gloss out of all I've tried. Will definitely repurchase!

This color isn't substantially different than any of the other lighter non shimmery shades. Grapefruit, apricot, guava, they all start to look alike, sort of pinky/brownish but mostly clear gloss. Granted, it's very pretty, but what sets it apart from the rest of the lighter pinkish shades in the line? Nothing, that I can tell. It's nice to get in a set, but I wouldn't buy it individually. I find I like the darker Stila glosses better, they have more color payoff and look different from each other. I also find the shimmery versus nonshimmer shades don't look much different on, and to me don't feel different in texture. This doesn't have shimmer, but still looks plenty shiny and glossy.

I got this as a part of the 2010 holiday set- I think it was 8 for $25. Guava is my definitely my favorite. I'm used to Stila Lip Glazes being way too shimmery for my taste so I don't often buy them, but this one is a nice matte. It's a pinky-mauvey-brown and has an amazing fruity scent. The click-pen-brush applicator is, as always, amazing. The only possible drawbacks to this would be: a) like other Lip Glazes, this can get a bit sticky, although not as much as MAC or Nars lip glosses, and b) Its not moisturizing at all (I know most glosses aren't, but it's a little annoying having to apply a balm on underneath). I'll definitely be repurchasing this in its full-size version!

Yet another beautiful sheer mauvey juicy glaze. It adds just the right amount of light pigment. I have been using the mini lip glazes and actually have liked the whole clicking mechanism of dispensing. Well, this is the full size tube I got on ebay and now it is starting to annoy me a little. It takes many more clicks than the mini tubes and when I am in a rush it can be a little annoying. Someone wrote that if you click too much you can leave it upright and it drains back - I tried that and it really does not. The big fat drop stays on the brush and smears inside the cap.
I still love the color and consistency

This is my favorite of all of the lipglazes. It has a very soft and subtle color with a slightly refreshing smell. The color is sort of a light mauvey tone. It works fantastic on lighter pigmented lips. Since Stila has upped the size of these, they are much more worth the money that they originally were. The only downfall of the lipglazes for me is that they are difficult to use on clients. So i keep them all to myself. :)

There are few choices for me in Stila's Lip Glaze line, because I can't stand the feel of the shimmery ones. Guava is one of 2 non-shimmery colors I like as the rest are too light (the first is Blackberry). The gloss is smooth, non-drying, and lasts well. However, those of us with defined lips could use more a little more pigment. Mine are a pigmented pink-brown, so this can look like clear gloss--especially in the summer, when my lips are darker. Thankfully, I don't get a pinky nude look with Guava. It mostly adds a beautiful shine without lightening up my natural lip color. Although I really like the formula, it's the packaging that really draws me in. I love click pens, and Stila's are among the best, especially now that the pens are chubbier.

Great, MLBB gloss, a HG for me. I love the fruity scent and although it is a little irritating waiting for the gloss to come through the click-pen mechanism I like the brush applicator.

Stila Guava lipglaze was my first ever lipglaze and I think I made a good choice, seeing as I purchased it sight unseen. Guava is a YLBB medium nuetral toned pink. It has an unusual, but pleasant, citrus taste and scent that I find refreshing.
This still remains one of my favourite Lipglazes as it goes with all types of makeup and is universally flattering whether I'm fake tanning or just my normal, pale self. My problem with the Lipglazes is their sticky, slightly drying texture but I find a little balm or Lucas' pawpaw ointment underneath works a treat! Also the applicator is a major pain, I hate having to wind the bottom and wait for the gloss to come up as it is hard to control how much comes out!

I would purchase this product again because Guava is a perfect colour for every day wear. There have been several lipglazes I have purchased that have failed to deliver but Guava is perfect every time. I love the super glossy finish of this lip product but wish Stila would consider changing the packaging!

Like alienkitten, I also love the colors guava and fruitpunch. These are my two favorite lip glazes. I love the click pen applicator and the really soft brush. I also love that there is no shimmer and because the color is pinky nude, it can go with any look. Fruitpunch is the same idea, but the pink is kicked up a notch (great for summer time!) The scent it pleasant, but not my favorite and it seems to linger for a long time. Every time I wear this gloss my husband comments on how nice I look, so I guess that automatically makes this HG for me. I hope Stila never stops making it!

I like this lip glaze. It is a mid pink colour and for me (PPP with lips that are getting less pigmented as the years progress) a MLBB colour. Now for the price I could probably buy something cheaper, or slick on a bit of vaseline/8hr cream, but frankly I like the clickity click of the pen, (although don't do too many as you end up with a sticky blob) and it certainly lasts through a cup of tea and a piece of cake. And I love the lemony smell. I've taken 1 lippie off because maybe £15 is a trifle expensive to make my lips look the same but a bit better!

Very nice pinky brown color. The texture of the gloss was also nice, it lasted long and you only had to use a bit. Kinda sticky but not as much as MAC. I didn't really like the scent of the lipglaze, you would think with the name guava it would be fruity but this was stale and plasticky. I also think they packaging is not very practical, the clicks don't always work and they take time. The concept of the brush is nice, but now many wand lip glosses have a brush tips too, so I don't really see it as a pro. Also at around $28 cnd + tax, I would much rather buy a Chanel or Armani lipgloss. I love Stila but I wont be buying anymore lipglazes after I finish the ones I have.

Guava is a natural pinky brown color. It adds shine and a subtle pink flush to your lips. Not a huge fan of the click pen but I can live with it. It's sticky but that helps it last on my lips. Worth the price, $20, because a little goes a long way.

This is probably my favorite lip gloss. Lovely shade of pinkish mauve, with all the usual things we love about Stila Lip Glaze. Got this after seeking a gentle, natural pink and being sorely disappointed with how bright Papaya was. My only drawbacks are stickiness (as with all Lip Glazes) and the brush pen applicator, which seems to take longer to apply than regular doe-foot applicators since you have to wait a few secs for the gloss to dispense...but I overlook all this for Guava because I love it!

I like the way the color looks, its a sexy flushed super glossy pink tone, more natural pink that hot pink. But this has so so so little staying power, even less than most other glosses. Plus its expensive and the click pen is squeaky. Too many drawbacks for a really nice but pretty basic YLBB. Won't repurchase but will probably try other darker colors and hope for more staying power...
