this has a STRONG smell to it....i couldn't take it so i returned it. the quality reminds me of petroleum jelly (except petroleum jelly is cheaper and has no smell)

This is a great eye cream if you're looking for something totally natural - the ingredients are: Ghee, Essential Oils of Saffron, Mint, and Rose. The essential oils give the cream a nice scent, but honestly, I could still smell the ghee, which is clarified butter. It definitely has a slight cheesy-buttery smell to it, but if that doesn't bother you, I think it's nice to have a cream without a ton of extra ingredients.

The eye cream does work well for me and my dry, puffy eyes. I use this in conjunction with my Aubrey Organic eye cream and emu oil. This keeps my eyes in great shape. The Aubrey keep my eyes moisturized and wrinkles diminished and the Saffron Ghee is necessary for the dark circles and puffiness. I use emu oil too because it acts as a carrier to get the products into the deeper layers of skin. Together, these are a winning combination for dry skin. This is really a great eye cream for dark circles and puffiness. I picked this up for $10 and it was worth every penny.

I'm a fan of Bindi products. Unlike Sundari, these products are truly Ayurvedic in nature and all natural. I use the Bindi Rejuvenating Oil for around my eyes, and it works perfectly. It's moisturizing and soothing, and doesn't cause breakouts and irritation. I have a lot of trouble finding eye creams that don't irritate my eyes, so I thought I'd give the Saffron Ghee a try, as the Rejuvenating Oil works so well for me. The Saffron Ghee has an ointment/balm type consistency, and is soothing and calming to the skin. I notice that my undereye area is less grey in the morning after sleeping with this on (it is supposed to help dark circles). It's a very simple composition, containing: ghee (purified butter), and essential oils of saffron, rose and mint. It's very moisturizing. I think anyone would sensitive skin would fare well with this. It's also inexpensive.
