Clinique has done it again. This product is my second favorite of there's only shadowed by the chubby sticks (I have every color). I had received a pack of these for a present and completely forgot about them until i couldn't find my HG lipbalm and stumbled upon these. They give amazing shine and moisturize like no other! My only problem with these is they all go on clear, not tinted at all. So if you are looking for colored gloss these are not for you!
I have been buying Clinique superbalms for 10years and I absolutely love their formulas. It's a tinted lip balm that never dries out your lips, isn't sticky and super glossy. With this I never use lip balms or lipsticks anymore. Will keep buying for years to come and is the only thing I ever use on my lips (apart from lip liner occasionally).

This is somewhere between a really thick lipgloss and a really gloopy lip balm you'd get from a tub. The color is quite sheer, however, there *is* some color (at least from the 02 Raspberry). While I would sometimes prefer the color payoff of a lip gloss, in the fall and winter, my lips are crazy dry and I need a balm.
This is quite moisturizing, and really hydrated my lips well. I didn't find it too sticky, but it's not really something that sinks into your lips. It doesn't have a bad odor and no flavorings (which I hate).
I would buy it again.
This sheer lipbalm is super moisturizing and gives a glossy finish. It's looks great with a lipliner!
I got a set of 4 minis during one of the holiday seasons. They are moisturizing and have no taste, which I like. However, it feels like it's just sitting on top of my lips. Besides, the color is so sheer, you can't tell the difference once you had it on.
This is ok. I'm a bit of a lip balm junkie and there's no doubt that this leaves your lips smooth but it's just too glossy and the mix of the balm makes it sticky which is just gross.
I have this in the color mango. I love this balm in winter... it gives me such pouty little lips and glamorous shine. Though, in a humid country, the closest anyone can get to winter is with air cond and this balm is the worst thing ever to sit on my lips in an air conditioned environment. It's sticky and gloopy and it makes my lips flakey! Gooey white dried skin flakes. ew. It makes me sad... because I loved it so much. I do still use it when I'm out and about and am too lazy about what to put on my lips. I just slap this on and I'm ready to take over the world. It's reasonably priced.. its a big tube and the applicator is so-so. But I'm not sure as to love it or not.
I hated this so I'm really surprised to see such positive reviews!
It felt like a lipgloss not a balm. My lips were not conditioned or softened in the slightest. It was thicky, gloopy and sooooo sticky. I wanted a tinted lipbalm because I prefer the feel of a balm rather than sticky lipgloss or heavy lipstick. This was crap!
I have Mango Tint and I really like it (haven't tried the others). I have dry and pale lips but sometimes I want natural looking lips. I have found that this product adds a healthy shine with a very slight color boost to my lips when I don't want to wear lipstick. I can also use it on top of all of my lipsticks to add shine without affecting their colors too much. In fact, it often tones down the brighter colors of lipsticks I have just enough without changing the entire color. I have found that Maybelline's Superstay lipcolor Spice #780 goes very well under this product. I put on a very light coating of the Maybelline and top it with Clinique's Superbalm when I want natural looking lips. So far this is the most natural looking combination for me. Usually the "natural" colors I find are way too pinky or washed out for my skin.
Clinique increased the size of this product and comes in more colours than before!
(Old news to others but new to me)
I love, love the Raspberry (deep pink that shows up more) and the Grapefruit (light pink that only gives a slight hint of colour).
I had Mango but the colour didn't suit my pigmented lips but the moisturizing properties of this balm is superb.
Much better than RoC's Endrial or RoC's Minesol lipchaps (They're good but they heal enough for the winter months). Carmex's taste is completely repulsive so I can't use that despite the fact that I've been told it works really well.
These superbalms cost around 19 dollars after taxes CAD for a 15 mil tube.
There is no weird aftertaste or no strong smell. In fact, it doesn't smell like or taste like anything to me despite the names of the shades.
I love these and I will definitely repurchase.
