I really liked the color and consistency of this product a lot. As, it did help me to have that pouty look that is SO in!

Paul Monea Owner of Alexis Vogel Cosmetics, and Makeup connection Knowingly charged customers for makeup kits, and goods that were not in stock, and did not ship the products for months if ever.
He discontinued Alexis Vogel Web site, and started Makeup Connection pretending that Alexis Vogel was purchased by another makeup company. It in fact was not he was the owner of the old company, and is pretending he was not.
He also has not been shipping the same cosmetics that customers think that they are purchasing. He has changed formulas, and is passing the cosmetics off as the same formula.
The owner can has laid off all of his employees except for his mother, Gayle Monea, and his girlfriend Gina.
His business is in jeprody due to the high volume of chargebacks he has received, and the fact that the credit card companies are now penalizing him for these chargebacks.
The last three employees that were let go were being paid under the table, since he could not afford to pay the pay roll company ADP to produce real legal paychecks.
Also the last three employees have yet to be paid for their final work week, and for the shortage on their paychecks.
Be ware if he can not pay his employees how can he provide the products he is supposedly shipping?

Its a nice color!! Good on all skin tones I believe!

NC20, LLL, Hazel-Green Eyes, Combo-Mild Rosacea skin---> I had previously reviewed the AV system but thought I would also review individual products so I could give better color descriptions. I would describe this color as marrying a lighter version MAC's Melon pigment with gloss or putting Bobbi Brown's Rose-Gold shadow into a gloss. Like a melon-rose-gold! Very pretty! The lipgloss has a brush tip as oppossed to the standard doe-foot which is nice for precise appication. Pigmented, shimmery without chunky sparkle as well. The scent is nice too; very tropical..Kind of a coconut-vanilla smell which isn't over-powering. Goes on smooth and without being tacky; think of Almay's Whipped Lipglosses..That's how these feel in texture except these last longer. If the rest of AV's lipglosses feel as good as these; then I will be purchasing more. continued >>

The lip gloss in the original kit was WONDERFUL! It was creamy, shiny, lasted 2-3 hours, smelled amazing and didn't bleed outside of the liner! Undoubtedly, the formula changed and now it lasts for less than an hour, leaves my lips chapped and smells odd. I won't buy it again until the formula changes back.

Wow! I am in love with this gloss. Beautiful, golden-peachy-rose shade...I think this would look gorgeous on just about anyone. It is surprisingly long lasting, especially for a gloss--I applied it today at about 1:30, had lunch at about 3:30, and when I got home at 6pm some of it was still there. I didn't touch up at all! Very unusual and wonderful! It smells heavenly, like chocolate/coconut--delicious. I love the brush applicator, I love everything about this gloss, and plan to purchase more Alexis Vogel glosses very soon!

I love this product, great colour, did what it promised. but i found its twin, MAC nymphette, the colours are so simular but the Mac one smells so much better, so far with this kit i have found a better replacement for all the products with Mac cosmetics

This is one cute pink gloss! I LOVE it! This gives lips a nice plump look, and lasts forever, especially when layered over the Alexis Vogel lip stain. I think that this is the 'miracle' product from the kit-- don't waste your money on everything in the kit, just get this. This is a makeover in a tube!

This lip gloss is great. It looks very sexy on the lips.

Love this gloss it is the best product in the kit. Makes lips look pouty and looks great over any lipcolor. Unique color that I havn't found anywhere else. I did notice that she used Bourjois in the video and purchased that gloss in roseydellic..love that too, there almost tied now.

Ok, I gave this low ratings even though I may buy it again. Here's why I would buy it again: the shade is really pretty. Here's why I wouldn't buy it again: this gloss is a bit expensive for a shade that I could get from anywhere & probably a lot cheaper. It doesn't last on your lips (what gloss does though) & to be honest I didn't find anything different in the quality to help make up for the cost. It's just average lip gloss in a great color. Another thing, I have to agree with some of the reviewers on the brush... it's really bad. I mean really really bad. It's way to limp and mushy. But to be fair the color is good. continued >>

I was plesantly surprised when I tried this lip gloss for the first time. Not only is it a beautiful natural peachy - pink color, but it also has a very nice texture to it. Similar to MAC lip glass but not as tacky. Will definately buy again!!!

I am in love with this lipgloss- this is something I can see myself wearing a lot. It's a nice nude melon/pink/gold type color and is very shiny. I wear it alone and it looks beautiful or you could layer it as well. I'm not sure about anything else from this line but this gloss is a winner!!!

I love the peachy-gold color of this gloss. It is too pale to wear alone, but glides beautifully over any color lipstick or liner. My kit is very new, so she must have added scent to this gloss since the other reviews commented on the absence of scent. However, the scent is very appealing - fruity?? This is an irridescent gloss with a soft, quality applicator brush. My HG lipgloss, and my favorite item in the kit - as long as it's not over that horrible Smooch lipstick! (Although this gloss even made that look much better)!

The color was ok, but LADIES go find Prestige Vinylwear high lip shine gloss in Flamenco and Alloy, they are the same mixed colors, one is lighter, one is darker, and they WORK!! AV is runny and the brush is aweful to use.

This lip gloss is well pigmented. Luved it soo much looked great on me over the smooch lipstick. XoXoX

this is a great lip gloss. it's a light pink/peachy w/ gold shimmers. i ordered my second because my mom took mine. she loved it so much and agrees w/ me that it really stays. looks great on top of any of your lipsticks!

This is a very pretty color. Actually it looks good on top of any color lipstick. It is a bit too sticky for my taste, but I find that to be the case with almost all glosses.
