    Balance Frost is really more of a sheer opalescent glaze. Even with a thin coat of pinkish white followed by two coats of this there is definite visible nail line. That said, the colour is lovely....

    Sally Hansen products, I have learned, vary *greatly* in quality. The Age Correct Base + Top Coat I use is my HG of both base and top boats. This "Hard as Nails" is on the low, low, lowwwwwwww end....
