This product changed my life!!
I've been on acne treatments since I was 12 years old. Antibiotics, epiduo gel, the pill are the medicated things I used and I doused my face in every chemical known to man!! Even the terrible proactive :(
Then I did some research and found this little known brand Peter Thomas Roth.
I looked at the ingredients and it seemed to be legit so I picked up the face wash to start off with and got testers of the glycolic acid 10% gel and the oil-free moisturiser.

After two day I noticed my pours had gotten smaller and less noticeable and everything was coming to the surface. I do have to say, my skin did get worse before it got better. A bit of flaking and dryness as well as a few breakouts.

After a week it was a radical change that I'd never experienced. After years of searching I've finally found the product!! I also use epiduo just to keep everything in check but could probably go off it now :) No more awful antibiotics messing up my gut either!

I would definitely start using this product every other night and stay away from your lips, eyes and anything super inflamed... its pretty potent! Enjoy with a moisturiser and obviously facial cleanser. Stick to the cleansers and moisturisers of the same chemical compounds. Don't go natural for one and then hard-core for the other, they seem to counter react one another form my experience.

I was tempted to return my half used bottle back to Sephora, but I decided to see if I would actually see some, if any, type of improvement in my skin if i were to finish it- I didn't. If anything, I think this exacerbated my mild acne.

If I had to choose 1 item to use for the rest of my life, it's this gem. I had bad acne that responded well to Retin A, however once I turned 26 my insurance didn't cover Retin A anymore. So my dermatologist suggested purchasing the highest strength glycolic acid product I could find. I came across this gel years ago. Loved it. Keeps me clear and acne free. It was so hard not to use it during my pregnancy, the day I came home from the hospital, I restarted my glycolic gel and ahhh...beautiful skin again.

So if you're acne prone and don't get results with the typical BHA products, give this AHA product a try.

Really love this, I have problematic skin and it tightens my pores and keeps my skin clear, i notice when i dont use it my face is blotchy and gets easily clogged. I was using retin-a for skin refinement purposes but this works way better and is less harsh and theres no peeling! I recommend only using it at night as a treatment then topping with a moisturizer, because a glycolic in the sun isn't ideal. I would definitely re-purchase this :)

Sadly, this product did nothing for me. I am a big fan of everything PTR and I keep recommending his line to everyone who asks me what I use on my skin to keep it "so nice". However, this product was unremarkable for me; it's tacky when you first put it on (although it goes away somewhat after a bit) and in just a couple of hours, I get oil breakthrough.
Too bad because it contains great ingredients :(
Will forever love PTR products, but this one I will not be repurchasing.

I've been using this now for 2+ years. I really like it - keeps my skin clear - and recently I ran out. I decided to see if it really made that much of a difference.

That was the wrong decision. Within a day or two, I've watched my face break out. Nothing crazy, but the longer I go, the more of an issue I can see this becoming.

Tomorrow - I buy it again!

I just bought this product and I noticed a difference in my skin right away. I have only been using it for about a week now but my skin seems much clearer and more radiant. It's too soon to say this is one of my favorite products, but so far so good.

Best glycoic treatment I've ever used. It's not overly drying and I use this a few nights a week on my off nights from Retin A. It's a great value since you only need to use a thin layer and the bottle is pretty good size. The ingredients are great and this helps keep the flakies from Retin A under control.
Like the pump packaging too.

I love this product soooo much. The only thing I could live without is that sticky texture it has when I first put it on, but I realize that is because of the Aloe Vera and it subsides after about 10 minutes. Do I wish it only cost $10? of course, but I the price point isn't so terrible, especially since it is so effective. I actually am enjoying seeing all of the stuff being purged out of my pores, it is amazing!
