It's a pretty color, and the fallout wasn't terrible for me, but while it's versatile, it doesn't have the "wow" factor I want in a copper color like this. It looks boring on the pan, pretty on my hand, and boring on my face. Just not my color, I guess.
Like all UD shadows, Chopper has great texture, pigmentation and lasting ability. It goes on smooth, stays put and looks lovely.
Chopper is a warm light brown with a noticeable pinkish undertone and some generously sized chunks of glitter. It's flattering on my warm skin; I like to enhance the rest of my eyeshadow look with a little bit of Chopper in the inner corner of the eye.
It's not a must have UD shadow for me, like Smog or Half-Baked, but it's a good one and definitely not a "filler" shadow they just throw into palettes.
Beautiful color, but the fall out is not working for me. Even taking steps in application, the fall out occurs throughout the day with this. If they made this color without the glitter I'd buy it.
Chopper is a medium copper colored eyeshadow with orange undertones. Orange undertones sounds scary in regards to any makeup product, but the color actually works for this shade. Chopper is copper without being brassy or metallic. While it does have tons of silver glitter throughout, it's a very wearable neutral shade.
Despite the glitter, this shadow applies pretty smoothly. Chopper is well pigmented, but I usually apply two layers of this to get maximum color. If you just want a light wash of color, one layer works. I do get glitter fallout when I use this, even when I am careful, but the fallout is usually manageable, unlike some other Urban Decay shadows.
I usually use this as a lid color. Sometimes I'll smoke it out with a darker brown in the crease, but it also looks nice on it's own with nothing else but a highlight and maybe some brown liner.
This is a great everyday shade for anyone who likes to wear more natural-looking eyeshadows. Chopper is very wearable and while the glitter may be a nuisance to some, I think it is what makes this shade unique.
I adore this paired with UD Sin eyeshadow over MAC's Rubenesque paint pot and a deeper shade in the crease. Fallout certainly poses a bit of a challenge and some days I am better at preventing it than others. I have to say that I hate having glitter all over my face but I can usually avoid it. It's worth it for this gorgeous, gorgeous shade. Definitely one of my favourites from UD.
O.K. damn it, I'll admit that I got this eyeshadow because of that luscious video of Kim Kardashian working with the delicious make up artist. At first I was very disappointed because that particular application of the product didnt work for me at all. But I have since reclaimed Chopper for use in my way.
This is the eyeshadow that I can brush lightly over my eyelid for gorgeous coverage. It is the perfect colour for my rather dark, deep set, kinda small brown eyes - really makes my eyes appear wider and brighter. I tend to wear this alone with no other colour but when I put it on, it looks like I have contoured and shaded.
It really is beautiful. I have had no problem with fall out and sparkles -even though I am aware that such things can be ageing on someone of my age group. For some reason this really works for me. Love it x

I only have this eyeshadow in the Urban Decay Ammo palette. It is probably my favorite eyeshadow, besides Last Call!
In all the pictures, it looks like a regular, boring light brown. Ho hum, nothing special about it.
On my eyelids, it's a beautiful coppery-orange, with the tiniest hint of pink. It's amazing! Sometimes you honestly just need to see an eyeshadow in person, and this is true for Chopper. Pictures don't do it justice.
I don't like the glitter fall out, but I will always keep those makeup remover wipes handy because this pigment is 100% worth the annoying glitter. (Though I would be SO happy if UD made this without the glitter..hey, anyone know of a glitterless dupe for this? :-P )
The BEST part about this eyeshadow.. It's easily wearable on its own!
The best 5 minute face without looking boring: Chopper + brown eyeliner + mascara = the perfect daytime look.
No need for any other eye shadows. No blending, no highlighting, no need for darker shades in the crease, etc. Chopper is easily wearable everyday, unlike some of their other really bright shades.
Maybe it's just me, but sometimes I will put on a green, bright purple, or blue eyeshadow, and step back and look at myself in the mirror.. and feel like a clown. There have been many times that I take off my makeup and start all over, using Chopper instead!
When I use all of this color in my Ammo palette, I will definitely throw down the 18 bucks to buy this from Urban Decay.

I got this eye shadow in the Urban Decay 'Alice and Wonderland' palette.
This is a shimmery glittery copper which is only slightly less annoying in terms of glitter fall out then 'Midnight cowboy rides again'.
This colour look's great with Urban Decay's 'Baked'.
This is a copper color with flecks of glitter. It is pretty and I use it in my crease with moui wowie from the summer of love palette.

Very pretty shade but way too much chunky glitter and fallout. If I want to wear this I apply it and then go over it to remove the glitter which pretty much sits on the surface waiting to fall anyway. Too OOT glittery for my taste but the shade itself is very pretty.
