    Not good. Not even close! It smudges like no tomorrow which was horrible. If you ever plan to apply this to your waterline... don't do it! If you're thinking of applying it to your lash line......

    Waste of cash in my opinion. Requires more pressure to draw a decent line than I wish to use around my eye area, doesn't draw well on the inner rims of my eyes and does not stay on for very long....

    This product is easy to apply and the price is okay, I had no problems until my eyelids got a bit more oily, after that it was smudge hell! So I will not buy again.

    i find it nothing special with this eye pencil. It is an okay pencil, i might as well go with rimmel's kohl eye pencil, i find both has similar texture and rimmel's is cheaper too anyway.

    In general I find Napoleon's eye pencils to be little on the firm side, but they're great for creating definition rather than super-smudged eyes. Plus, the colors are interesting and pretty.
