I really like this moisturizer. I was looking for one with SPF and that would help even out my skin tone. I found that it did help noticibly fade dark spots after about 3 weeks. It isn't greasy to me. I do notice a slight scent but it fades quickly once absorbed. I apply two pumps for my entire face and neck after cleansing and allow it to soak in for about 10 minutes before continuing my skincare routine.

For the first few days of using this sunblock/moisturizer, I was considering returning it because it made my skin so oily. The smell is also a little unpleasant, but I think it's from the AHA's. It reminds me of the Alpha Hydrox brand lotion.
However, I did notice that my skintone was more even and smooth after a few uses, and I liked the texture of the lotion because it was moist and easy to apply (unlike some drier lotions). I often had spots of dryness around my mouth with another moisturizer, but not with the Neutrogena.
To solve my problem, I bought a jar of Coty Airspun Translucent and applied a heavy layer as part of my morning makeup routine (lotion, highlighter, foundation as concealer, and now powder). The loose powder did the trick, and my skin now has little oily breakthrough during the day, and when the powder settles in, it looks like smooth, even skin.
I'll finish this bottle of the Neutrogena and maybe continue using it. It contains 5% oxybenzone, so I believe it's broad spectrum. I don't spend much time in the sun on a daily basis, though, so others may want a lotion with at least spf 30.

Horrible product! I have oily skin and this lotion left my face very greasy! I do not recommend this to ppl who have oily skin. And it burns a little when I apply it on. I only used this 5 times and I'm never going to use it again! Waste of my money.

What a sad excuse for a sunscreen! I just started using this again since ive been put on acne treatments that can make skin more sensitive to sun exposure. I put this on before school and within the middle of the day my face has been turned into an oil slick! I have dry skin so this says alot about its greasiness. I do not reconmend this at all, the description of this sounded pretty good but its no excuse for such a horrible product.

I started using the oil-free spf 15 moisturizer and will never use it again. For it being oil-free it certainly didn't feel oil-free. It left my skin feeling oily and gross and broke me out horribly. I have fairly normal skin and this made overly oily and hard to deal with. It even seemed harder to get my primer and foundation to stay. As soon as I started using my old moisturizer my skin went back to normal. Sadly out of all the neutrogena products I have tried the only one that hasn't made my skin oily is the healthy skin anti-wrinkle night cream.
I also did not like the smell of this product. It isn't a chemical smell but it is non the less strong and offensive.
I like the packaging with this product. I usually lean more towards pumps. I never had a problem with dispensing the product and I love the fact that I can lock the cap without having to push the top down and waste product.
The price isn't bad either. I think I paid around $7 for this. Of course since it didn't work for me it isn't a good price but for everyone else it does work for I think this is a fair price.

I had high hopes for this moisturizer. I wanted it to help fade some red marks I have left over from cystic acne but after using it for approx. 2 months the marks have not faded so I have moved on. In fact, I think this lotion made my skin a little red. I now use it as a hand lotion but I won't buy this again.

I love this lotion, it's fairly inexpensive, readily available, and works well. I always use two pumps to moisturize my face after showering in the morning. It goes on clean, isn't greasy, and offers some sun protection. Careful if you have any cuts of scrapes though, as it will burn a bit.

This is currently my daytime moisturizer, and it works ok. Not great, but ok. It does sting a bit when I put it on, but just a small amount keeps my face moisturized and protected from the sun.

I am coming back to this product after many tryouts of things in the market. Healthy Skin has all the necessary ingredients and SPF 15, smells neutral, texture is in the middle of moisturizing. I do occasionally supplement it with another moisturizer in the winter time. It performs well with make-up on, and lasting the whole day in office. I am happy with this product.

This product didn't work for me. It I saw no results. It just made me break out and my makeup slid right off. I have been unlucky with all Neutrogena products except for the alcohol free toners. I'll never re-purchase.

I have oily skin and it just adds more grease to my face. I love the Neutrogena brand and would trust my face with a lot of items from their line, but this just didn't work for me.

It didn't moisturize nearly enough, even though I wanted it mainly for sunscreen protection. And with the hot weather I was using it under, I felt like I was breaking out because of it.

Good for some, but not for me. I wanted to love it but couldn't.

This moisturizer is great for most of the year. It is light and glides on smoothly. It does not exacerbate my acne, irritate my skin, clog my pores or make my face look or feel oily. The only downsides are that it is a too light to use during the winter time, and I feel hesitant about paying $12 for a small tube of it. All in all, however, I love it!

I usually love neutrogena products, but for whatever reason, this makes my skin itch and burn after I apply it. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but this lotion is painful. And I'm unsure if this is related, but my skin broke out horribly after a few uses, so I'm afraid this moisturizer is to blame as well, possibly the AHA's in the product.
Update:
Almost a year later I've decided to update this review. A couple of months ago I picked up the bottle when I was cleaning out my medicine cabinet and have forced myself to use it because I have a bad habit of wasting product. And now I've decided I like it a bit more. I can see a difference in the "glowiness" of my skin when I use it versus when I don't. It still burns when I apply it if I haven't put it on in a while, but then it subsides. Not sure it I would repurchase, but it does make a difference in my skin and is a pretty decent moisturizer, lasts a long time, and has sunscreen. Not HG material for me, but a pretty decent go-to moisturizer in my opinion.

I'm shocked to see the negative reviews here, I've had an awesome experience w/ this facial lotion on my normal/oily combo skin. Yes, there's a bit of an alpha-hydroxy tingle & I'm fine w/ it. This moisturizes without being too heavy for my oily parts & still adequately nurturing my dry parts (ie cheeks) which are sometimes prone to dryness & lines. This happens to work well for me, so I would buy this again! continued >>

I bought a bottle of this a year ago when it was sort of square shaped. I think I threw it out. I was grocery shopping last week and in a lapse of judgement, threw a bottle of this stuff into the cart because a)I needed moisturizer pronto, and b)it was $11 Cdn. I guess I figured, hey, Neutrogena is supposed to be noncomododragongenic and if I don't buy something here, I'll end up in a department store spending 3x the money... and bonus! SPF. Big mistake! It burns going on. It never absorbs. It turned my skin into an oil slick with cystic acne in totally messed up places (the end of my nose!)... and the worst! It totally destroyed the corners of my mouth. I stopped using it 5 days ago and they're still recovering. I threw the crappy bottle in the trash. Save your money - don't buy this stuff.

This has been my favorite moisturizer for about a year now. It has made my skin noticeably clearer and brighter, though I don't really trust the spf 15 protection that it claims to give. I live in a sunny climate and use Neutrogena Ultra-Sheer Dry Touch sunblock to make sure that I'm really protected. As far as the moisturizer goes though, I really believe that it's the reason that my mild acne has completely cleared up.

I really thought this stuff would be better, since they say dermatologists like to recommend Neutrogena as one of their "safe" brands for people who are acne-prone. This irritated my skin horribly, and it left my face with a greasiness similar to an oil slick. I wasn't sure if this moisturizer was causing me to break out, but I suspected it, so I stopped using it. It didn't leave my face feeling refreshed either, just covered in crap. I definitely wouldn't recommend this. It's kinda on the expensive side for a ds brand. I wish I had read the reviews on here before buying it.

This is for anti-wrinkle cream, spf 15. I have liked the formula for a long time--cannot remember how many tubes used. But as I move toward my late 30's, I realize because it does renew your skin and it contains no protection for UV A, it actually exposes your skin to greater sun damages. I guess for not-so-young age groups, this has to be used in conjuction with something else to protect your now more fragile skin.

I don't really like the burning, it's kind of weird. I notice no improvement in my skin, making this a v. mediocre product. But I'll give it some time. It doesn't moisturize THAT well..my nose tends to be REALLY dry in the winter and this alone doesn't do the job-I have to layer shea butter on top of it. I wish the stinging wouldn't occur, although it's not as bad as the first time I applied it-OUCH! I like the pump bottle, it's v. convenient and so satisfying to push!

The packaging says that it can cause "normal and temporary" skin irritation. Unfortunately it wasn't temporary for me, I used it for almost three weeks waiting for my combination skin to adjust and it never did. It made my face break out, my skin look red and blotchy and also left a dry scaly patch on my chin that hasn't cleared up in a week of slathering it with the greasiest moisturizers I could find (I even resorted to Kiehl's lip balm a couple times). To top it off, the only thing "younger" about the look of my skin is the zits. NOT recommended.
