Way too oily and just felt gross. How do they get away with calling this a primer?

This primer is a sheer, clear , moisturizing primer. This gives a more "dewy" look on me, better for drier skins though. I still prefer my smashbox primer to this one though for more of a matte finish. It is a clear, silicone-based primer, more moisturizing. Great product though, esp. if your skin is on the drier side. It is pricey though, $40.00 U.S.!
