This is a belated review. I originally purchased nectarine milk and ivy milk lotions years ago. I adored the smell and the lotions were light and non-greasy.
I think if you like the perfumes, you'll like their lotions. Very natural smelling but the layering is what makes these special. The 'milk' lotions have a warm (?) scent which counters the too sweet smell of the second note.
The only con is that I wish the scent lingered longer.

I bought this because I loved the smell of the bath and shower equivalent but I have to agree that the lotion smell is overpowering and lingers on your clothes etc for far too long. I also found it a very thin consistency and not too moisturizing.

Was very unhappy with this product. It has an overpowering smell, not pleasant. I was really turned off by the consistancy of the lotion. When I rubbed it in, I found it stayed sticky for quite awhile. Additionally, I don't have sensitive skin, but I have very dry skin, and this is one of the only lotions ever to make my skin feel itchy and burny after putting it on. Not happy about this.

I've been critical of Fresh in the past, but its 'milk-milk' body lotion is a HG. I just can't find fault with it: the packaging is adorable yet streamlined, the consistency is terrific, and the moisturizing power is wow, wow, wow. The smell is a bit nostalgic, and I love how it lingers on my body, my clothes, and my sheets. The lotion doesn't wash off until I shower the next day. Sure, at times it could feel like glorified Nivea, but I resist that comparison because 'milk-milk' proves to be a lot more enjoyable. Plus, USD $26 for body lotion is almost humane coming from Fresh, since the brand's other lotions start at USD $38.

As many others have said, the packaging is about the only thing going for this product. I purchased both Milk-Milk and Milk-Chocolate over a year ago on eBay and I'm still trying to use them up -- I'm that unimpressed. I find the smell of Milk-Milk too powdery and cloying. Milk-Chocolate is slightly better, but for a good chocolate scent, there are far better (and cheaper) products out there (The Body Shop's Cocoa Butter Body Butter comes to mind). I can't wait until I've used them both up so I can put the cute bottles to better use.

Blah. That's all I have to say. Eh. A boring moisturizer that didn't do much for my skin and left a slightly tacky feeling on hands. When I bought this in the milk-milk scent, I always had to wash my hands after applying. The scent is wonderful initially, but dries down to more eh. The only thing that is great about this product: the packaging.

This product was very expensive and was not worth the money. The jasmine-milk lotion was like water and did not mosturize my skin at all. I will never buy this product again.

I thought I was going to love this lotion! Unexpectedly, I didn't. The bottle is adorable, but the scent...what scent? It smells like a McDonalds chocolate milkshake, which aren't very chocolatey to say the least. Smells more like Vanilla with a single squirt of chocolate. Very dissapointing, just like McDonald's milkshakes. LOL! The lotion itself wasn't too bad, but I mainly purchase lotions to smell good, & since this one doesn't smell very good, I don't like it. I have tried the Nectarine scent, & that one is much better. Still a very faint scent, but really light & seems like it would be a good summertime lotion. However, I would never shell out $30.00 for a bottle of Fresh's Milk lotions. Luckily a friend of mine picked this up at Nordstrom's for half off, since they are no longer going to carry these anymore. continued >>

If I had to smell like one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Fresh Milk/Milk. This lotion is great for my dry/sensitive skin (I'm surprised to hear that it made others break out). The scent is subtle, and fades after a few hours, but it leaves my skin really, really soft and smooth (and tasty, I hear!). I love the packaging, but had to scour San Francisco one day for a friggin' pump! The pump is really a must, ladies. This is by far my favorite fragranced body lotion ever!

I have been using Fresh Milk-Milk for over a year now and, for me, it is perfect! It has a light delightful fragrance that is perfect after a night time shower. I have VERY dry skin (and legs that need shaving practically every day) and I can use this lotion for all but the coldest parts of winter. One drawback is the inconsistency of the thickness. I've had bottles of thick and thin lotion and, call me crazy, but I prefer the thin lotion because it absorbs better and lasts longer. Clearly FRESH has cornered the market on cool packaging but it is not totally functional. The glass can be a little scary and, without a pump, things can get messy! However, being the lotion junkie that I am, I can truly say that I am hooked on this lotion!

I bought the milk-milk lotion because it smelled great and i thought it would leave my skin milky soft. Too bad it gave me a bad rash. I ended up going to the doctor.

My absolute favorite body lotion at the moment. I have the Chocolate-Milk lotion and absolutely love the smell. It goes on smelling something like 'playdough' but after 10 mins or so you smell like CHOCOLATE! And the smell lasts ALL day. I put this on after taking a shower in the morning and coming home after work, I still catch the smell of Chocolate coming off of me. And it is not that cheap chocolate smell that some perfumes have, like Demeter brownie. I hate those cheap chocolate smells.

I bought the Fresh body lotion in Milk-Milk. It's expensive ($24) so I used it slowly :P I already used up the whole bottle and here's my review: The texture is runny and grainy (dry milk clumps?). The smell is light and dissipates right after you put it on but my skin feels sticky afterwards. Doesn't moisturize well in winter. I won't repurchase this again due to all the reasons above plus I'm not that comfortable putting lotion that feels so much like food on my skin (note: dry milk clumps). Love the packaging though! I kept the bottle!

I have these in Nectarine, Chocolate, and Jasmine. I used Necatarine and chocolate a lot a couple years ago and loved it back then. Well, I tried to use them again recently, and the consistency of the lotions had gone bad (gritty and runny). I think Fresh products have a definite shelf life, so make sure when you buy a bottle, it hasn't been sitting around for awhile. Also, I never have liked the Jasmine lotion. Doesn't smell at all like Jasmine to me, just stinky.

Love the lotions! They smell so good you just want to drink it! They leave my skin real smooth. It is a little pricey... $22 for a bottle but I'll buy it again... I'm totally hooked on Fresh products.

I have Milk Milk and Nectarine Milk. They both smell wonderful! The lotion feels thin but is very moisturizing-- don't use this if you need a heavy duty moisturizer, though. They contain a slight shimmer which is kind of annoying when you don't want shimmer on your body. My only other issue is the glass bottle- couldn't they have just made it plastic!? Also annoying that you have to buy a $5 pump. But wonderful lotions!

I am sorry I purchased this ... firstly, you pay alot for the lotion and then need to buy a pump for the bottle, second ...it is a glass bottle. Finally, I found the lotion to be too runny and the fragrance to last all of about 5 seconds on me !

I have Milk-Milk, Chocolate Milk and Ivy Milk. This time of year, they are not hydrating enough, so I use them strictly for the scent, after cleansing with a very moisturizing body wash. With its fresh clean scent and light texture, Ivy-Milk lotion will be a staple for me come springtime.

I have the Nectarine, and though it is a good moisturizer and the packaging is very nice, love the bottle, it just does not smell anything like nectarine orange to me. It smells more floral and I am just not wild about this fragrance in it at all. I love the Soy fragrance, so I will stick with it even though, sadly it is much more expensive. This sells for about 24.00 a bottle and it can be seen at Sephora or Fresh.com
