Love! I wore this everyday until the pot was empty. It is pricey but lasted at least 6 months. Heading back to Sephora for another! This is perfect for my tan skin tone. Love the shimmer and the staying power and that it doesn't flake into the eyes.

I bought this shadow because I thought the name was clever, but I ended up falling in love with it. I work in retail (nothing fancy) but I wear this color EVERY day.

I didn't like this eyeshadow when I bought it a few years ago, but now I discovered how to wear it and love it!
I usually like more muted, tarnished golds (such as UD's Maui Wowie), but this is a stark gold. I pair it with MAC's Patina (for the crease) that tones it down a little bit and makes it more neutral. This eyeshadow makes my blue eyes even more blue!
UD eyeshadows are great quality and even though I have oily hooded lids, they have good staying power. However, be sure to apply them over a primer so they don't crease or fade too quickly.

I love this colour on the lid, it's a beautiful light goldish colour that looks really glowy on my warm skintone. Great pigmentation, would buy again if I ever ran out.

This is a gorgeous colour! I love this with a dark, thick line and nothing else. It's a lovely muted gold with peach undertones and isn't nearly as intense as most UD shadows so it is completely wearable during daytime hours! I imagine that this colour would look good on pretty much any skintone with any eye colour, so give it a try!

My addiction! I can't be without this eyeshadow! I have yet to see a person that can't pull off this eyeshadow. It looks great on ALL skin tones! :D

UD shadows are a bit too "loud" for my liking. Great eyeshadow for going out to a club, not subtle enough for the workday. Blunt, however, is one of the more subdued colors in the UD eyeshadow line and great for all over the lid and browbone. The staying power is phenomenal, especially when used in conjunction with UD Primer Potion. The price is $17 per single and I couldn't find UD eyeshadows that were just refill pans for my MAC palette so I had to de-pot. MAC refill, single eyeshadows are $11 a piece and there's just a plain better range of colors and finishes the choose from for the more introverted makeup consumer. Suffice it to say, "Blunt" is a keeper.

It doesn't look impressive in the package, but I really like this shadow! I like to use it with chopper and twice baked. Great fall color, too!

Love the name of this shade! Hehe! :)~ the color is light and unimpressive in my opinion. I've used this as a brow bone highlighter and on my lid mixed with YDK, but it's just too light for me to use on its own. Very impressed with the quality and staying power (as I am with all my UD eyeshadows) or I wouldn't spend $17 a pop for the singles. I wouldn't be opposed to buying this color again, but it'll take me YEARS to use the one I already have.

I have been looking for an every day shadow and this is finally the one for me! I've tried matte e/s before, but no luck...looks chalky. I used this for an all over lid e/s and it looks nice especially highlighted at the brow bone (no need to go heavy here). I just LOVE UD's consistency of their shadows. The only other kind that is similar, is Bloom. I have olive skin and I paired Blunt with my Bloom Olive and WOW!! So pretty. Just brightens up the eyes.

I think this shadow is underrated. By that, I mean that I never see it mentioned in the polls about people's favorite everyday shade or go-to lid wash. But I think it should get more credit in these areas. This is a light (not sheer, just light) color with one of the softest textures I've ever experienced on an eyeshadow. It applies so smoothly and looks shimmery and nice on your lid. I haven't really found truly accurate swatches online, so you should look at this in stores if you can. When I first saw this, I thought it would be like Stila Oasis, which is a shimmery light goldish color. But it's more neutral than that. Let me try to explain. Colors like MAC Shroom, Bobbi Brown Beige, and Stila Wheat are some go-to neutral wash and highlight shades. Stila Starlight, UD Sin, and even Stila Kitten are similar but more pink-toned/champagne. UD Blunt is like any of those colors, but with warm tones instead of pink or neutral. The color is such a subtle gold that I don't even want to call it gold. I'd rather just say "slightly warm" to describe its shade. At any rate, if you find that light neutrals disappear on you, and you don't like the more champagne shades (or they are too cool-toned for your skin tone), then this will be your HG daily shade. I love it. The texture is all shimmer. No glitter and no frost. Nice job, Urban Decay.

love this for an everyday shadow or base - neutral but still shimmery and pretty - on my second one and will be repurchasing soon

Omgosh, I LOVE this product! I went to Sephora one day and asked the lady what a really good everyday all-over-lid color was. And she told me Urban Decay Blunt. So I was like whatever I'll buy it, because it looked pretty. When I came home I put it on my lids and WOW! It reallly makes my hazel eyes POP, and when I look down, there's a really cool sheen to it. I absolutely love it and I actually just finished my last bit and will be repurchasing!

I got blunt in a swap and am very pleased. I find UD shadows to be of good quality, but I stay far away from the glittery ones. I can't stand to see glitter pieces on my face!
Blunt is the perfect shimmery golden beige. Not OTT but not a wallflower either. I like to wear this alone all over the lid and crease with some black liner. I usually tend toward darker e/s but I like the way this one brightens up my whole eye.

Hands down, the best eyeshadow I have ever purchased! I have tried several others in the gold-beigey tone family and have not found anything that compares, they are either too shimmery or not pigmented enough. I've been using this for years and can't ever seem to find anything I like better to wear on a regular basis. Pair with Maui Wowie when going out for a more dramatic effect!

I finally tried this. It's a fantastic color, a very neutral gold-ish beige. At first I thought it was going to be the perfect neutral wash for my PPP dark eyes dark hair coloring. But the frost . .. . too much! I tried it on naked eyes, no e/s base at all, and I could not get that frost off of me no matter how hard I tried to wipe it down. Shimmer is great. A tasteful amount of glitter is nice, too. I find I want those things more the older I get. But I have always hated frosty e/s and this is one of the frostiest. Sad as I think it is a gorgeous color. I finally took it off and re-applied Half-Baked instead.
10/31/09: Forgetting I'd written this, I actually bought it! i had the same reaction. Great color, should work--but too much frost. It went back to Sephora.

This is way too shimmery for anyone besides a teenager. I want people to notice my eyes and not my eyeshadow. Maybe I'm being too harsh here, and maybe I'm putting too much on, but I'm still a matte shadow girl. Great color though - nice yellowish, tan color that looks great with blue eyes and nice formula if you're looking for disco-ball eyelids.

This is a great colour, goes on smoothly and the staying power is perfect.
I apply it wet (as I do with all eye shadows) and the effect is wonderful.
I do not use a base, just use mascara, under eye concealer and then this product on the upper and lower lid and it is a great colour which makes my grey-greenish eyes stand out.
It is also a great colour for office wear as it does not contain (or hardly any) shimmer.
This comes in a UD pallette, and this is (besides Chopper and Shattered) the colour I am using most of because it is so versatile and matches my eyes and my sometimes all-black outfits.
Also I need only a little powder as it is very pigmented. Great product!

Perfect everyday highlighter or lid color. Goes on very smoothly and would look great on anybody. I got this color in a palette so I got a pretty good deal.
