I never seem to win with cream based highlighters or bluhes. So I will stop buying them. This one just takes the cake. I tried the soo glow cream to powder highlighter and it is a pretty frosty...

very soft, velvety feeling. the highlighter is really nice. lasts over 10 hours. the blush is nice and natural if you're very fair, like me. otherwise, probably a nice highlighter. not sure how...
