All shiseido products are wonderful. They feel so luxurious! And depending on were you buy them from they are not very expensive. I used the pureness range a couple of years ago for maybe a year or so. I liked it very much, the product is great. It washes of the makeup without problem, and very little sensation of tightness. It is also extremly longlasting, making it quite cheap. I was recomened it as my skin was dry and hade breakouts at the same time. I found that it helped at first, but then my skin got even drier, and I needed richer products.

my mother bought Shi seido, japanese products in Elixir oil makeup remover, quiora, and foaming wash. very clarifying!

As a cleanser is ok,I mean If you wash your face with this It will be cleaned but this lists alcohol as the first ingredient and the salicylic acid is too low at the list

this stuff is good, but u can get cheaper stuff out there that does the job, like cleansers from the body shop or l'oreal stuff. thats why i wouldnt repurchase again, but if u have the money then why not. otherwise left my skin deep clean and radiant.

I have oily-combo skin and t-zone shine problem , this product made my skin beutiful.I use this with its balancing lotion and moisturizing gel together.My acnes disappear,t-zone does't shine and I'm very happy to find this products.

In the first week everything was find and then the whole hell broke loose , pimples and very dry , dehydrated skin , irritation , painful skin . My skin is oily to very oily and not sensitive so … plus a lot of they products have alcohol in them , under a fancy name it is truth but still alcohol.
It is way overpriced too.

This facewash took off my make up but left my face feeling oily after an hour. It didn't do much to my skin except take off the make up.

awesome product for sensitive skin...foams very well, takes off thick, caked on make-up, oils, and sunscreen...very refreshing smell...rinses clean and easily...skin feels clean but oh-so-soft...also good for sensitive skin...FOLLOW-UP: shiseido changed the formulation! i'm so mad! haven't tried the new formula but i'm really mad!

I LOVE this. the cleansing gel doesn't dry out my oily skin, and gets all my makeup off quickly and easily. it's very economical, as a little pea sized drop goes a long way. This stuff lasts forever!

A very effective cleanser: cleanses skin, removes makeup, rinses easily without a fight, but doesn't strip the skin. I liked this formulation. Overall a very nice cleanser.

My skin is quite oily but it's also very sensitive - most cleansers either irritates my skin or leaves an oily film. Not this cleanser. Granted, it is expensive but for me it's absolutely worth it since it cleanses well and doesn't irritate at all. (It's also quite concentrated and, to me, that justifies the price.)

Love this product. A good cleanser. My only issue is that its in a pump which is great at the beginning of a bottle, but its a pain to get the last bit out.

Great, gentle, nice scent for normal, combo, or normal-to-oily skin. Only need 1/2 a pea size amount, and the bottle lasts forever.

It's an average product. My face do feel clean and no drying affect using it but with that price, I perfer other cleanser.

This is an excellent cleanser for extremely oily skin. I use it all the time for the summer when the oil is at its worse. It doesnt strip the skin but it removes pretty much all the dirt, grim and oil on your face. I think it's really good for sensitive skin too (i'm easily allergic to some products). The price is very reasonable for the amount you receive as well. Worth while to try!
