I have 2 sephora lipsticks and what I like about them is that they are sooo smooth. The colors are perfect Im in love with their lipsticks.
This lipstick doesn't even cover your lips. I would not recommend it at all. Actually one of the worst lipsticks I have ever bought.

These lipsticks are my new HG! They might not have the fancy packaging. But their colors and formulation are comparable to high end brands, at a much cheaper price ($12--whereas most high end lipsticks will run you as much as $30 or more). I have one in Lip Attitude - Star in Insolent Brownie (S18), and also the long lasting lipstick in number 10, maniac. I think even the lipgloss lovers who swear off lipstick will like the Lip Attitude - Star, because it has a similar texture and shimmering finish as lip gloss (but with a richer color payoff). The Lip Attitude - Star is also so moisturizing--comparable to my Dior serum de rouge. These also have a very pleasant, slightly fruity scent. I am more and more impressed with the quality of Sephora brand products. I'm going back to stock up on more of these babies!

I picked up a few Sephora lipsticks on a whim and i have not been disappointed. I usually wear MAC, but thought i would stray from the pack. I really like the formula, pigmentation, and staying power. Not to mention great selection of colour and types too. I like that they make it easy to pickup a lip liner o match. Great job Sephora!!!
I have #46, and it's beautiful on my NC30 skin and deeply pigmented lips. I love how it smells of grape, and the color is so gorgeous. I usually don't like anything with shimmer on my lips, but it's so subtle that you can barely tell. It goes on great, but it's staying power isn't as strong as i'd like it to be. I use this as my "safe" lipstick, because I can always use this pinky-grapey-brown" if all else fails.
I bought my first Sephora lipstick a couple of months ago. It's a very pale, sheer, frosty pink. It's Sephora No. 62, 7088B. I don't know the name of the color because that's all it says on the tube when you take the cap off. You can see the color on the clear bottom of the tube. It was only $6 at the front of the store at the checkout counter because I believe it was discontinued.
I don't know why it's been discontinued because it's a very, very pretty color and looks great with a tan (and creates a tan look for medium skin.) I love to apply 2 layers of this color with a tiny bit of Smashbox's Lip Enhancing Gloss in "Pout."
For me, Sephora No. 62 (7088B) + Smashbox "Pout" = a beautiful light pink color similar to MAC's "Snob."

I have a lot of Sephora products, including their lipsticks. My favorites are the creamy, frosty shades (Nos. 26 [the best], 18, 21, and 29 [a slightly different metallic formula, but still good although a little less long-wearing]). The frosty shades stay put all day, even through lunch, and don't bleed.
The sheer shades (No. 46, et al.) are nice, but glossier, so you need to reapply them more frequently. I can't say I've noticed them bleeding, but my favorite glossy shades are light, so if they do bleed, it's not noticeable.

These are fantastic! And cheap! I have this in No. 90 and its beautiful!! I have very pale ivory skin and this + sheer blush + mascara= classic!! I am very impressed by the quality for such a low price, only $4!
I'm tend to splurge a bit on my lipsticks because of the color selection but I was really impressed with Sephora lipsticks! Cheap AND great colors! The glossy lipsticks are great moisturizers but don't have much staying power. I recommend their matching lipliners to use underneath.
