I got this cream one day when my face was completely broken out in red, bumpy eczema. I went to Nordstrom's desperate for a solution, and wanting to try to Creme Extreme. When the Osmotics SA saw my face she asked me if she could put some of this on, as it was supposed to calm and repair the skin. I said she could try it, and it really felt incredibly soothing. My outbreak was significantly better by the end of that day, and was completely cleared up in 3 days, which is a major feat! The outbreak that I had before that lasted at least a week until it was entirely cleared up.
I can't comment on the anti-aging properties of this cream, but I can say that it is soothing for upset skin and I do believe that it encourages the skin to regenerate quicker. I continue to use a dab under my Osmotics Cream Extreme every time I use it, and so far I haven't had any other eczema outbreaks. I also really enjoy the scent of this cream. I will repurchase and would recommend this cream to others with eczema. The only thing I dislike about it is the price.

This product seemed like a miracle. As the Nordstrom sales rep was talking, I kept on thinking-- wow, this really will cure my redness, capillaries, will prevent wrinkles, etc. Also, she mentioned that it helps with acne. It just so happened that I got a pimple around the time I got this cream, so I used it and watched the pimple "kind of" disappear. Perhaps it was a combination of Clean and Clear that I used earlier, but soon enough the pimple turned into the most horrific series of bumps that I've ever had on my face. The dermatologist prescribed a steroid cream that eventually solved the problem.
I was thinking that the only reason this happened was because of the cream combination and I really wanted to give this another try. Well, the same thing happened the secomd time around! I got another one of those bumps that the dermatologist said was acne, but it was like a red, bumpy birthmark. It is slowly going away on its own, I think my glycolic cream is helping. Anyway, this cream is supposedly very good, I'm sure it's great for many people, but for some strange reason it did not work for me, and my skin isn't even sensitive.

I used this along with cleanser and toner from the same line, ages ago. I remember my skin becoming really dry and dull. Not impressed with the line in general and think its too harsh for sensitive skin, and found it to be overpriced in comparison to results and ingredients.

Broke me out every time I used it. I can tolerate Vitamin C, retinol and hydroquinone, but I guess I'm just not a blue copper kind of girl. I bought it as a result of a very high pressure sales pitch (yes, I'm a sucker). Luckily, Nordstrom was sweet about taking it back. It also didn't calm the redness in my face. Very expensive.

*PIC* I so wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, I don't think this was for me. Seeing you can't use a vit. c product with this, (and i like to use an anti-oxidant serum beforehand) I was thus using a red tea serum, which just wasn't hydrating enough for me, so seeing I didn't find this cream on it's own hydrating, my skin was screaming for hydration :( (Boy, talk about using the word hydration alot :) Anyhow, about the cream, I think it did offer a firming effect, and it was not greasy at all, felt very smooth, but, I felt like it would just sit on top of my skin,(maybe i was using too much? i do have a tendency to go overboard) and each time I would apply my mu over, it had the tendency to slightly ball up. I can understand if one has normal, combination or oily skin, this may be a very nice cream but my skin is dry-dehydrated, and so i think i was making my skin appear worse seeing it lacked the moisture it so needs, which i suppose is more important to my skin than firming-anti-ageing. (I use retinoids at night for anti-aging anyhow, but thought maybe i could give it more boost or oomph with this) but alas i was wrong seeing my skin started to look more dehydrated.
But I do think it may suit other skin types. I bought the 30ml size for 69.95US$ (including shipping) at skinstore.com

I think this is a very good moisturizer. After I started using Retin-a, my cheeks became dry and flaky. This moisturizer helps calm and hydrate my skin. The texture feels a bit heavy on my fingers but it spreads and absorbs very easily on my face. It is not greasy at all. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricy.

I have bought this before although Im not using it now. I was VERY impressed with this product! It has VERY firming effects. I have oily skin and it does not make me break out. It also makes my pores look smaller. Im always on the hunt for a miracle product and have yet to find it, but this is well worth your time and money.I will probably go back to it as soon as Im done with my current firming product ( Dr. Brandt Laser Tight).

This isn't a miracle cream but it's nice. I bought it on impulse, found it didn't wow me, and shelved it; 2 months ago I turned to it when I ran out of my HG moisturizer. To my surprise, this does a good job as a day moisturizer for my combo 38 year old skin, one that keeps my skin soft and even without getting it so oily that it eats up my foundation. I can't say I see a huge improvement in my skin but honestly my skin is in great shape to begin with. I said I would purchase this again but I'm not really sure since there are so many good moisturizers out there that aren't $55; but I do know I don't regret buying this.

I am quite happy with this cream. I use it in the daytime on top of my Jurlique regimen. It's extremely moisturizing, albeit very very lightweight, so I use barely a pea size- it spreads very well. Makes my skin radiant and smooth, does not clog pores or cause any breakouts. I do wish it came in a pump though.

Well, I just finished my first full-size container of this product earlier this week. And while I find it nice -- it moisturizes fairly well and it doesn't break me out or irritate my skin -- I also didn't find that it did anything special for me that warranted the $55 pricetag. I didn't notice any firming, although I'm 38 and my skin is not yet in need of firming yet (I'm big into preventative care, however), but I didn't see that it did anything other than moisturize, and I have cheaper products that moisturize much better. I like Osmotics products, and I think it's a very good line, but after using up the small full-size tub, I doubt that I'll purchase this one again. I've been tempted to give it a second chance because of all the great reviews, but I kept looking for something special it did the whole time I used it, and I didn't see it. Although, I must add, copper products have a tendency to irritate my skin (the Skinbiology serum wreaked havoc on it), and this one is very gentle and caused zero irritation. I just didn't see that it did much of anything else either.

I LOVE this product! It is the best; it does everything. It firmed my skin, got rid of the sagging, and also healed my skin of redness and broken capilaries. As for the silly lady who made a comment about the customer service....we are reviewing produdcts here not the people. AND I went to the Nordstrom in Durham, NC and the Osmotics guy was the BEST. I have never had such amazing customer service as this young man provided me. He mad me feel like I wasn't just any customer but his best friend that he sincerely wanted to help. I never seen anyone with a skincare or makeup line express such passion and enthusiasm for their product like he did. I believe his name was Rob or Ron. He sat me down and had a full consultation with me and asked me about everything I used, what my concerns were, and told me what I was doing wrong with my skincare. He told me what I needed, NOT about a bunch of things I didn't need. He worked with me when it came to my budget. So I bought several things from him, and he gave me his phone number and card in case I had more questions or problems when I got home, and wrote easy instructions for me to follow for my skincare regime. I was SOOO impressed! I will never use anything else, or have anyone else BUT him help me. Call this guy if want great service. I'm sure he will let you order from him over the phone; Nordstrom will send it straight to your home even if you don't live in the area. TRY THE ENTIRE LINE.

I purchased several of these for $13 a pop during the Sephora clearance and I am so happy I stocked up. I am loving this cream for my sensitive, red and flaky dry skin! Normally I like heavy creams but this one actually moisturizes without being heavy. I am happy it doesn't have a matte finish either as I prefer a dewy finish. The jar is quite small but after trying the product several times, I realize I don't need to slather a lot of this stuff on. It seems to be making my pores smaller but that could be just because my skin isn't so irritated and reactive. This is also why I am not so red aroung my nose and chin too I think. Love it and I am so happy as I went today and the Sephora in Cincinnati had two jars left! Should I ever run out, I would pay full price, I like it that much! Did I mention baby blue is my favourite colour??
EDIT: 10/13/07
I am not sure why I stopped using this but I did. I think it was just not moisturizing enough for winter. Additionally, if I remember correctly, I became so weary of that aroma everyday. Good product, I just grew out of it.

Very soothing, good for sensitive skin no irritation with this one. I cannot say I noticed any firming effects but it feels like a drink for skin. I like to use this a an aftersun product comparable to vitamin c. Good to use as a night cream. It moisturizes well although it's very lightweight. The blue color is gorgeous (although irrelevant).

Day one and I am LOVING it. My face has never been smooth like this before and my pores are virtually gone. Just one day and I saw results with this product. I will update my review if anything changes. I used it under my foundation this morning and it looked extremely smooth. Gotta give this line a shot! I also heard that Oprah loves it!

I really love this stuff! I had been living off sephora samples and finally swapped for it! It leaves my skin so darn softs and supple. I have 41 yo normal type skin after using accutane a few years ago for cystic acne. I don't love the tub because its really not hygenic. I find this better that linda sy green cream. I use my deceor essential balm after this and my skin feels almost as soft as my 9 yo! Highly recommend!

Well, after lapsing on my Rodan & Fields Calm regimine and haveing an extremely stressful month, I ended up with cystic acne on my chin again. And, Heaven help me...I picked. So the result was a disaster that wouldn't heal and left me near tears. Yesterday I ran into Nordstrom to get a new pair of tweezers and was stopped by a woman hawking this line. She swore I needed this stuff. Said Oprah called it a miracle cream...yadda yadda. I bought it along with the Creme de extreme or whatever (figuring it was Nordstrom and if it didn't work, I could do a return). I put it on that night and SHAZAM...it WORKS!!! I can't say enough about the results in healing the mess on my face. Radical results overnight. I would have never believed it was possible. I'll have to see if it changes the fine lines around my eyes but my chin -- virutally healed.
Update: 1/2007 I am still using this product. Since using it I get so many comments about how great my skin looks. It's totally a keeper. continued >>

After doing my research and reading your reviews, I went to Sephora to buy this item. Just wanted you to know ITS ON SALE FOR $25.00 (half price) at the Sephora Store in King of Prussia, PA.
This item is wonderful and your reviews were right on the money. I wanted to wait 10 days of twice daily use before I decided on whether anything looked different. I love Shiseido, but this is my new pre-moisturizer cream. In fact, I do not think you need moisturizer, but I put in on after this sinks in (about 20 minutes). My oily skin looks clearer, firmer and more "softer." I am 36 with minor sun damage. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! It contains copper peptides and retinol and various vitamins and is wonderful. I do not care about the "blue" color. I also think its smells good too : )
Thanks!

I have been using this for nearly two weeks. It has improved eleasticity and softened my typically dry, extremely sensitive skin. I have been using it together with Creme de l'extreme and Kinetin Serum - and my skin looks great. These three products are available at a discount in an Anti-Aging kit that provide substantial savings. I have no issues with the fragrance or feel of any of these products and think they are a pretty good bargain for effective anti-aging treatments.
