    This is probably my HG liner, it's matte, VERY long lasting and even somewhat waterproof (but don't like, wear it in the pool or anything). And because it's in a pot, not a pen, it lasts forever....

    love love this eyeliner. it is black matte, and does not smudge and stays on all day. I also use the make up forever eye primer. I searched for liquid eyeliners and by far this is the best.
