This is a spray with ''pomegranante essence" that smells great. You have to shake the bottle to mix all the liquids together (there are three). It says it protects against heat although I haven't tried it yet since I rarely heat style. It feels weightless on my hair despite some questionable ingredients. Somehow it all works out for me. My hair is left soft and very shiny looking. It controls frizz and gives good texture and control to my curls and I don't really have to worry about overspraying so much. I wouldn't use this daily since panthenol, trimethicone, and denatured alcohol are on top of the ingredient list. I am now interested in trying out the matching leave-in next time to see how that works out.
