I'm generally not a huge fan of BBW scents, I find most of them to be too sweet and flowery for my taste. I do however like their Aromatherapy line, and this is my current favorite. The jasmine and vanilla are well balanced, one does not over power the other. The scent is fairly long lasting, I'd say a good 3- 4 hours. I really want to try the body spray in this scent next.

This was one of my favorite body lotions my senior year of high school. I'm not a huge floral girl, but I do love Jasmine in any way, shape, or form I can get it. This is just a beautiful, feminine fragrance. I can see how some people wouldn't like it, and it's not especially moisturizing, but if you like vanilla-y florals, go for it!

I have said it before, I am not a fan of vanilla. But I guess I am in denial. This is one of my favorite scents...hands down.
BBW does a good job of strategically placing the vanilla and letting the jasmine work its spicy magic.
I don't purchase a lot of this because it is VERY strongly scented and I do get sick of it after awhile. BUT, I am constantly drawn to it when I want to feel sexy and powerful. It is not for the faint at heart.
It's also not a good everyday moisturizer bc it leaves a powdery residue.
I would give it a higher rating if they could somehow preserve more of the floral in the dry down and lighten it up a little.

I love this. I brought it cause BBW was having a sale and thought I switch it up.
It moisturizes and absorbs pretty well. The scent smells like baby powder to me and I'm getting high off it. It is a long lasting scent.

This has a nice, smokey-vanilla smell!
I went for a walk and when I came back (all sweaty) the scent was still there! I know some people might not be a fan of the smokey smells, but I am.
It does moisturize my skin quite well! But I don't think it would work on my really really dry, chapped elbows. I wouldn't use it as a face moisturizer either.
This is strictly a lotion for your neck down.
I bought the small 5.00 bottle at the semi-annual sale. I would definitely buy the smaller bottle again.

Daaaaamn. I am in love with this. We received a package of products in this scent for our wedding. This stuff totally reminds me of the honeymoon. Good memories! ;) Anywho. The smell is very very strong, so it might not be right for some, but I love it.

I got this in a home fragrance oil and was convinced it was lovely. After some time in the burner it started to smell like someone had smoked a few days ago and tried to cover up the smell. Onto the lotion I was told that I smelled like an old lady and someone said I smelled like mothballs.

If you like the scent, this is a nice lotion. It moisturizes well, has a nice medium consistency, and absorbs pretty well. The bottle is very cute! However, this scent was headache-inducing for me!! It's a very assertive fragrance that wears for a long time. I only tried the lotion on my hands, and after washing multiple times, I could still smell the scent on me. I can't stand patchouli normally, but thought I might give this lotion a try because of the reviews I'd read here. Needless to say, I still can't stand it!

I'have a strong inborn prejudice against floral-vanilla combinations. I don't think they could ever work together under any circumstances, and until today, I have not given them a ghost of a chance. Well, being desperate to find a decent item to buy so I could use up my free BBW product coupon, I finally gave the body lotion a try.
Oh. My. God. Vanilla jasmine, where have you been all my life? It's lightly spicy, and so incredibly sexy and comforting, I couldn't believe my nose. This has single-handedly changed my mind about combining florals with a vanilla base, this lotion is just amazing, I just wish it had a matching body spray so I can douse myself in it. (I know there's a pillow spray, but I'd feel weird using that :P)

This lotion is definitely either a "love it" or "hate it", due to the strong scent. For me it's a "love", as it seems to work very well with my chemistry, though it can occasionally be a little overpowering. It moisturizes rather well and is never sticky. I gave this lotion 4/5 for two reasons: the stong scent and the packaging -- great for the top of my bureau, badbadbad for travel. If you want to bring this one with you (romantic getaway, as an example), buy the sample size and refill it.

I really like this, it kinda grew on me. It's a very earthy, deep scent. It's an ok moisturizer, I only use it after using the body wash. You cannot wear any other scent with this, it's heavy and will last all day. Overall good smelling lotion.

Be sure and test this out first. I put it on in the store as a hand cream and thought "this smells wonderful", then after a while it didn't smell much but then it started getting stronger and stronger and stonger...I washed and washed and washed...but it was still there! It smelled exactly like Avon Timeless! EXACTLY!!!!!! P-U!!!!! If it doesn't turn on you then it will be fine.

Overall, I think the entire Aromatherapy line is good quality. This scent in particular is potent. You don't even need to use the body spray. The scented lotion carries the fragrance all day long. I also think it's more hydrating than most of the BBW products.
Funny enough - am I the only one that thinks this smells like an EXACT dupe of Lolita Lempicka???? I don't love Lolita but I don't mind having this in its place - it's a much cheaper alternative!

I applied this for the first time before work. My head throbbed all morning-it's an overpowering scent. I went home at lunch to wash it off and it still smelled! Will not repurchase.

I had a trial size of this in the foam bath. After I used it my husband said my skin smelled so nice. It did really linger just from the bath foam. So, I purchased the lotion. Although, I loved the scent, it is far too strong. I even tried using only a litte and it was still too overpowering. I wished there was a way they could have made it into a lighter form of the same scent. I do not see how anyone could slather this all over as a body lotion. It would cause a headache for me. I do like and use the ylang ylang myrrh (discontinued), lavender, ylang rose,(which alot of people do not like), and grapefruit peppermint (discontinued). I wonder what scent B&BW will combine and introduce next in the aromatherapy line. continued >>

This reeks so bad that I couldn't even give it away. Daughter immediately went to wash it off and co-workers all made a face. Just thinking about it gives me a headache.

You either love this or hate this. I love it. The smell is amazing: deep and sensual. The lotion itself is the perfect consistency with just the right amount of moisture. It's thick, but doesn't make you sticky or slimy. The scent is VERY strong and if you are sensitive to smells, this is not the lotion for you. I love it at nighttime, but it's not really a daytime lotion. You can't really use it and wear a perfume, as the scents will definitely clash. My biggest gripe is with the packaging. It's in a pump bottle, which means you can't take it with you when you travel unless you put it into a different bottle, which doesn't make much sense. That's why I took off one lippie. Other than that, which isn't really a big deal, I think this stuff is great. Not matronly or churcy at all; just very sexy!

I really like this lotion. I was surprised the first time I tried it, because I was expecting to smell vanilla, and I don't detect any vanilla at all. It is certainly a very strong scent, and quite unusual. I don't really know what real jasmine smells like, so I suppose this is it.
The bottle is gorgeous. Tall and slim, dark red glass, and it looks expensive. I can't believe it's from BBW. Their Aromatherapy line is so much nicer than the other lines.
The lotion itself is pleasant, moisturising without being sticky. And the scent really lingers on your skin. I would not wear this with perfume, because they would clash horribly, but by itself it's lovely. continued >>
