As a basecoat--not so much. However, as a topcoat it has performed great!

It is shiny and quick drying as a topcoat. As a basecoat it stays tacky and goes on very thin and doesn't seem to offer any protection against polishes staining nails.

I use it with the WnW Megalast polishes and manicures can last well over a week with no chipping or dulling. I've even had nails break and didn't know it until I took the polish off--then had them last another week with a new manicure applied over the broken nails.

This was on sale for 69 cents at Wags so I tried it. Of course nothing can be better than my beloved Revlon Colorstay base coat but heck. 69 cents right? Well, this is just average. It took so long to dry and already I have tip wear after less than 12 hours. But hey, it was 69 cents.
