I'm really sad that I have to write this review. I absolutely adore the scent - it's pretty and sweet without being cheap. I wanted to love it and keep it forever... but it gave me a pretty severe allergic reaction on my skin.


Please note that I don't have sensitive skin and I'm not really allergic to anything, so this came as quite a surprise. I like to spray perfume on my pulse points, like my wrists and neck. When I spray this perfume on my skin, it makes me look bruised in that area! The rash would stay on my skin for a few days, even after I stopped using this. While it didn't physically hurt, it looked so bad everytime I used this perfume, so I had to return it. :(

I love love love this perfume SO MUCH but alas the staying power is so terribly weak I can never really bring myself to justify the price of it. Every now and again I am able to win it at a semi affordable price on eBay. I've even tried layering it.... :/ just doesn't last long enough for the high price tag. I'll purchase again just because I love scent but to keep it around longer I only use it as 'night out' perfume.

The smell is very much like Falling in Love by Philosophy yet this one stays on longer. I love the scent and it is pretty and light for the summer.

No.9 is a relatively natural-smelling blackberry, It is not artificial, nor too candied, and has a green "blackberry bramble" type of scent. However, lasting power is pretty weak. On me, it lasts... maybe 2-3 hours? However, there is a pleasant, barely detectable drydown of clean musk after the scent fades. Regardless, I do need to reapply periodically.

I have to be in the mood to wear this. Definitely too sweet for me to reach for everyday. This is blackberry and vanilla and nothing more. And stop comparing this to drug store and BBW fragrances. This fragrance has been knocked off more than a Chanel bag so yes, you will smell cheaper imitations but #9 is the original.

I did not like this one. It smells like very sweet blackberry candy. As people said here, there is no drydown in this perfume. Overall, the staying power is good but this sweet scent annoyed me after a couple hours. I would say it smells chip and you can find something like this or even better in VS or Bath and Body Works.

Okay I LOVE this perfume. I smelled it when a lady sprayed it at Nordstrom and I knew I had to have it. It's a very sweet smelling scent that reminds me of a candy store. However, it''s supposed to be a sexy smell composed of blackberry and vanilla. The blackberry is pretty prominent but in a good way. Anyway, I never liked sweet candy like fragrances but this one is just way too amazing. AND it smells great on me. Not something that you would wear to work though...this is more for nighttime or dates. Downside is the price..its $50 for a 1ml bottle :(

Trish McEvoy, I love you for this. Ahh, #9 is my favorite. I really like it a lot more than Sexy 9.

I love, love, LOVE Blackberry And Vanilla....you have no idea.
And the only other perfume that smells like blackberry and vanilla is Hanne Mori but it smells like you dipped in a fruit salad and came up with blackberries.

Trish McEvoy's takes it to a whole new level, I love mixing them. I like #6 too!
It would totally be worth the splurge if it lasted longer in scent.
At Nordies, last Christmas, they had a roller ball, plus lotion and the perfume for $90, and it's normally $90 by it's self so if you got that, consider yourself lucky because there were only 12 :( By the time I got off that day, it was all gone... Unbelievable.

Very cheap smell, drugstore like that of the body spray for man that starts with A... Not at all sexy. Just plain fruty and sweet, annoying I'd say. Very weak for parfume, completelly gone after 3-4 hours.

I love the scent of this perfume..I rotate 3 perfumes, Casmir, Poeme and #9...I get compliments on all of them, but #9 has NO staying power at all. After a couple hours, it is simply gone.
