Oh Baby is in my opinion, a beginner lipglass. I've been trying to get through the same tube forever. It's a nice nude, but not crazy about the glitter.

I've been using this lip gloss for years and love it! It blends well with all of my lip liners and softens my lips when they are chapped. Like other lip glosses, it can come off when drinking from a glass and get a little sticky, but I don't have any other complaints! And I just bought another today!

I love OH BABY i fell in love with a similar Mac lip glass product in 08 and ran out of supply and this came very close to it and ever since then i've been married to it :)

Nope. I tried Oh Baby on only once in a MAC and all the large chunks of Christmas glitter just put me off. I'm NC45. It ain't my baby let's just say. But someone who reviewed before I did said it looks great over Coconutty lipstick, which is a lipstick I do like, so hey maybe it does.

Very pretty but glittery, won't be purchasing again. Another reviewer suggested MAC Liqueur for the same effect sans the glitter, I'm gonna give it a shot.

My favorite Mac Lipglass! Not too brown and not gold. Even I prefer lipstick, Oh Baby is MY official lipglass. Maybe a little bit expensive for a gloss but... it's MAC!

I actually really, really like this l/g. It was a "please don't hate us" gift from MAC when I received really horrendous customer service at a counter on one of my buisiness trips. (I don't usually e-mail corporate over little things; working retail sucks enough without people reporting you all the time, but this was awful.)
Anyway, I received it in the mail today and tried it on. I'm actually impressed at how well it works on my peach-toned skin. I wear it over peachstock or ever hip and it gives a nice glow and shimmer to my lips. Really nice. I've read others say they think that it's cool toned? It's bronze w/gold shimmer -- that's about as warm as you can get. It's really nice, though, and I enjoy it.
I don't know if I'd honestly repurchase it for $14. But if the opportunity came up to get it again for a good price, I'd snag it. It's good to have around and works really well (worn thinly) on redhead colouring.
The package made it look like nothing special, but trying it on made all the difference.
It is fairly sticky, like most lipglasses, but I don't think it's as bad as the dazzleglass creme line or some of the others. It's not uncomfortable to wear, lasts for several hours and contains a moderate amount of micro-shimmer. I think it's sophisticated and just a bit glam.
Not a bad staple for any gal's collection, but specifically recommended for redheads and warm-toned, tan or peachy people.

I backed-to-MAC for Oh Baby because many of my friends had recommended it, and some of them rarely even wear makeup so I figured there had to be something great about it. It is great! I wear it with Cork l/l, lightly dab on Myth l/s, and Oh Baby over it. I've been using it a lot over the summer to complete my bronzed looks.
One complaint: the black part on the handle of the applicator cracked after a couple of weeks. I'm careful with my makeup so I just don't feel the packaging is up to par on the lipglasses. I've never had this problem with Nars, Smashbox, or even drugstore lip products.

I was able to replenish my stock of this today and after not using it for a few years, I found it while updating my personal makeup collection...
spent about an hour in the store looking for just the right everyday lip gloss and whatda' know, I'm back to my "Oh Baby"...I forgot how pretty this was!
I think I should get a few for backup in case MAC discontinues
ps.
I put it on top of both my new Sandy B and Coconutty and it really looked amazing!!!!

I'm a warm toned NC30.
This was my first MAC lipglass ever which the MA recommended to me about 2 years ago. I bought it, not knowing anything about it being cool-toned. Against my pigmented lips, it almost made my lips look bruised, with a tonne of glitter.
Not impressed.

This is my favorite MAC lipgloss. I have tried other glosses, from MAC, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Smashbox, and NARS, but I always come back to Oh Baby because it looks so nice on my pigmented lips and NW43 MAC skintone. I love to wear this with MAC Chestnut or BBQ liner. I really don't notice the glitter that others have mentioned. I will continue to wear this until I find a shade that I like better.

One of my all time favorites. I have purchased this many times.

I bought this after seeing it look very good on a tan, Filipina co-worker. The only problem is that it doesn't look flattering on my East Asian, yellow-toned, NC25 in MAC/Real Vellum in Px skin. The glitter is a bit much - - it transfers off onto my husbands' lips when kissing. Without kissing, the glitter lasts for a while even when the color has faded.
It looked great on my co-worker but it didn't look good on me.

When my mom took me to MAC my freshmen year of high school, the SA gave me this and Pink Poodle. I wore them both constantly. I loved Oh baby then because of all that glitter (I was 14!), but would never repurchase now. The SA really shouldn't have pushed Oh baby on me because it's cool-toned and I'm warm. A darker, cool-toned AA girl would look good in this but I personally don't think it looks good on us lighter AA girls.

This was my HG lipglass for YEARS but I've recently finished my last tube and doubt I'd purchase again. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful color (especially on "brown girls :) but the downside is that there's glitter in the formula. not a shimmer effect, but literal pieces of glitter. =/ When I was younger I didn't mind so much but now I feel a bit ridiculous with glitter on my lips. I just bought Liqueur as a replacement color and I like it much better.

I bought this in my twenties and decided to give it a shot again. I am an NC25 with pinky pigmented lips. Because of the pigmentation (IMO) this is a gorgeous beigy-pink color on my lips. I wear it alone. I tried this and Beaux on and even the MAC SA (who wasn't a big Oh Baby! fan) admitted this one looked better. Love it.

Oh baby has been my stand by for years. No matter what look you're going for, this is great to wear alone or over lipstick. Feels great on the lips!

As others have said before me, Oh Baby was one of my first lipglasses when I first started to get into makeup and MAC. Of course, I was one of the many women of color who rocked this with chestnut liner. I never repurchased it since there are so many lipglosses to try. Yet, recently I wanted to B2M for a lippie in a new collection, but they did not let me due to the fact that the collection just came out. So I bought the lippie and B2M for this. I guess I was going down memory lane or something because I didn't try it on. I came home, put on my chestnut liner and my Oh Baby and looked in the mirror. WTH?! I wore this uber glittery, shiny stuff on my lips?! Did I look like a hot mess throughout my twenties?! Okay, maybe it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't good either. I gave it to my best friend. Bottom line: Your opinion of this lipglass probably will depend on your age and the number of years in the makeup game. You may love it for a season, but this probably won't be a lipglass you repurchase time and time again. Just my opinion.

Oh Baby is a nice sparkly bronzy brown color. It's very sticky as well though. This was actually my first MAC lipglass. I've been wearing MAC for 10 years now and I havn't repurchased because it's just not a unique color, in my opinion for my skin tone. Oh Baby is the typical, ole stand by color for brown girls. It's just nothing unique about it.

I'm a gloss queen so I have a LOT. I'm also NOT a snob and an equal opportunity makeup user (d/s or D/S).
Oh Baby is a staple. I know Milani's Serendipity is suppose to be a dupe but there is a difference. Oh Baby shows up more light brown/beige and gives me a more natural day look. Serendipity is more of a bronze/brown.
I love the texture of MAC's glosses. Not overly sticky tacky and not too slick (travel outside the lipline). I'm a DDD/NW45 w/dark brown pigmented lips. It takes a LOT of color to show up on my lips. So when other described it as too brown, it's just enough for me.
If you are a DDD this may be the color you are looking for a MLBB look. Pretty cheap, $14.00. continued >>
