It's ok. Let me start by saying my hair is in bad shape and it's purely my fault. While growing out a pixie, I bleached from a natural medium brown to platinum blonde. I loved it. After the one bleach, I was able to keep my blonde using a 30v developer and color, and did this for nearly two years. I've got salt and pepper hair so it hid the gray well. But once again I got bored. With my hair now just past my shoulders I decided to go brunette again about eight weeks ago. This required that I add red pigments back to my hair, then another round of color to get it a dark chocolate brown. Again, I love it. A lot. My grays are covered but when my roots come in they're usually quite white. And by that time I need to refresh the color to combat fading and red that is peeking through. This is on top of using a hair dryer and a flat iron to smooth it out. I needed help. Badly. I have some argon oil but it wasn't enough for my ends and much of the length. So I picked this up since I'm in a tight budget this month, along with the overnight serum. Both smell really good. I used a few pumps of the serum in my length last night and threw it up in a loose bun overnight. This morning I shampooed and used this masque. It didn't take much to get a nice coating in my hair. A little goes a long way here. Finished up my shower and rinsed well. Dried my hair after a bit and used my flat iron on the lowest heat just to smooth, not pin straight. My hair looked and felt amazing. The shine was deep and damage wasn't as obvious. My ends looked pretty darn good too. As the day goes, I tend to run my fingers through my hair a lot as I don't like to brush if I don't have to. Let's keep the damaging stuff to a minimum. By the afternoon I noticed the bottom few inches were rather tangled. Could just be from the sweater I was wearing and the movements I made in my workday. But the humidity has gone up tonight, so I haven't ruled that out either...with the conditioner residue being upset with the humidity. Which is exactly why I always rinse well. Don't get me wrong, overall my hair looks and feels much better overall. But this is annoying. I'll try this masque again in a few days when I shampoo again and see what happens. However right now I'm not blown away by this product. I'll probably even buy a more expensive one next week I've had my eye on and see how that one goes. So I don't hate this, but I don't love it either. If it ends up being not so great, I'll just use it for shaving my legs. No money wasted either way.

This mask is almost pure silicone so it doesn't really moisturize at all. I used it for quite a while, and even repurchased it, before I discovered this fact. It did leave my hair soft and shiny and healthy looking....for a while. Then it began to build up and I no longer got the great results I had initially. I have to say that for a while there, it was really a godsend. It was cheap, smelled nice and left my hair soft and shiny. But after a few months, my hair became lackluster and brittle and I was perplexed as to why. I used a clarifying shampoo and that helped somewhat, but I was still using this mask in place of regular conditioner. Then I discovered Shea Moisture products and was amazed at the difference. I started with SM Raw Shea Butter shampoo and mask, using the latter for about 10-15 minutes instead of regular conditioner (my hair is rather dry from coloring and heat styling). The first time I used SM products, the difference was astounding. My hair behaved so well and was soft and super shiny. I discontinued this Pantene mask and noticed that the SM products did not build up or leave my hair heavy. I've been using SM for about 6 months and haven't had any issues like I did with the Pantene mask. My hair is nourished and smooth with no frizz. I have several unused jars of the Pantene mask that I have no idea what to do with. I hate to give them away to friends or family because I don't want the same thing to happen to them. In any case, SM masks are much better and don't contain masking silicone so the natural ingredients can actually penetrate the hair shaft and do some good. I should have read the ingredients of the Pantene product, so shame on me. I definitely DO NOT recommend this mask. If you want great results then try SM instead.

I'm always on the hunt for a good deep conditioner or mask, but this one was terrible.this is one of those masks that makes your hair feel silky in the shower, but that's just leftover excess product. this coats your hair to make to feel good and it does really provide much added benefit.I've tried this every possible way. I've applied it to dry hair, to damp hair, to hair after shampoo, for 2 minutes and longer and much longer and even as a regular quick conditoner but it always gives the same fake/coated effect.this mask offers no long-term or strengthening benefits! it makes your hair feel good when still damp but when it dries it does not help dryness or flyaways. skip this!

So so product. Didn't really work or improve much. I feel like it leaves too much chemical on my hair when rinsing it.

This stuff is horrible. I bought it on a whim because I had a coupon. I've used the Pantene Beautiful Lengths mask before which worked great, so I thought this would be similar. This stuff totally dried out my hair and provided no moisture at all! My regular conditioner does a better job than this stuff. If you're looking for a good mask, I recommend using something with natural oils in - I'm loving the Garnier Damage Eraser.

I have tried many deep conditioners and this one is the worst. I bleach my hair so i use a deep conditioner every 3 times a week. This one made my hair my hair more dry and frizzy. I got it on clearance thankfully.

This hair mask is truly one of the best I've ever used! The ends of my hair were quite dry and brittle because of too many color processes. After shampooing, I squeezed the excess water from my hair, and applied this product generously to the ends. Then I pinned it up, and put a shower cap on. I cranked up the water temp in the shower, and after several minutes, I rinsed my hair with cool water. The results were amazing!@ My hair does not feel coated, or weighed down. It is soooo soft and healthy! Highly recommend!
