Insanely bright red in daylight calms down to a vamp red in lower light. One coat gets it done, and 2 is absolute perfection. A very close dupe is Nubar Barbera, although not as pigmented. This is a perfect red imo, changes in different light and leans blue. If fancy lacquers are of interest to you, this is a must have.

Nail polish simply doesn't get better than this! I am slightly surprised that YSL La Laque Couture line hasn't received more attention than it has because imo it offers some of the best polished on the market - in both quality and color.
Fuchsia Cubiste is the darkest of the three fuchsia colors - a deep, dark magenta. Despite the darkness it is still a very clear color - it's not a jelly, and it's by no means transparent, but the color itself is very clear and lucid. It never gets dull, no matter how low the light is, and it never has visible nail line, no matter how bright the sunlight. I hope always to be able to have this in my collection. On top of that these polishes are the the easiest to work with at all. The brush is excellent - wide as the brush from OPI, but the hairs are much finer than OPI's which ensures a perfect application.
I simply cannot recommend this polish enough.

I am in love with this deep magenta from YSL. Highly pigmented in pure YSL style, the rich color is stunning in daylight or indoors. I've never seen another color from Chanel or similar brand that compares. One of my top 5 favorites polishes.
