I love this product!
The formula dries very quickly on my eyelids and pretty much stays put the whole day despite my oily eyelids.
The applicator is very pointed and allows for precise application.
The product is very pigmented and gives me the same result every time I apply. I've had one tube for quite a while now and it's still very fluid, very worth the price.
It's my go-to eyeliner and I will definitely be re-purchasing as soon as I run out because it is amazing!
Great, matte, even finish. I LOVE this super thin, flexible applicator - I have a steady hand and have been applying eyeliner nearly everyday for years, and this is one of the most easy to use I've ever found. It's really easy to do winged eyeliner. I love that it is so thin because I can choose to keep it thin or thicken the line as I choose, instead of being stuck with a pretty standard thickness.
I've got oily lids and as long as I don't touch it in any way it lasts very well through the day - I have noticed a bit of smudging at my wingtips, but I touch my face more than I should so that's a bit expected for me. I have yet to try it with a primer, but perhaps that will help keep things in place longer.
I only wish that it wasn't quite so expensive, and that it was waterproof. But for now, in the right environments (no crying or water exposure!), this is my HG black liner.
I love this liquid eyeliner. It is very pigmented and comes out as a very rich, matte black. It applies very easily with a texta like applicator which allows for great precision. This is about 20bucks in Aus so not cheap, but is very worth it.

I was recently burned by a cheapie drugstore liquid eyeliner (Essence, $4) which was supposedly waterproof but flaked off after 8 hours. Such a classy look! This bad boy I'm happy to say has a lovely matte finish & stays on all day. I usually hate the spongey applicators because they never allow for exact application, but this one is super thin & allows for the precision I need.
I paid $22 here in Australia (I think David Jones is the theBalm's only retailer here) but the cost is worth it considering its longevity, finish, mode of application, and cruelty-free status.
