I bought this hairdryer when my old Revlon Ionic dryer died. I does have great power (and thrust!) and I like the ionic effect. However! I would never buy this dryer again, because it has this horrible tendency of ripping out hair and burning it on the elements inside the dryer, making me orry about a potential fire hazard! It happens if the back of the dryer (the intake) comes anywhere near your hair, which happens if you are holding it in your hand while sectioning out your hair to blow straight, if you know what I mean.
I really wish I didn't buy this dryer, I wish I'd stuck with Revlon!
