I'm low maintenance and do not want to have to constantly touch up my makeup after I apply them in the morning so that's one of the major negative points of this cream. I'm constantly blotting my face all day to remove excessive oiliness, especially on my T-zone. It does leave a very dewy finish (is this what the product meant by "all-day hydration"?), but dewy + oily = not a very attractive look. I also don't like how thick it feels on my face. The color doesn't match my skin tone very well. I've been given the light version and it made my yellow-toned face look too dull. Lastly, the smell. It smells like a certain food dish.

But as other reviewers have mentioned, it does cover my pores wonderfully I am not sure yet if it has corrected my skin tone irregularities yet but will update this review later.

Pros:

- Finish is natural and beautiful
- Does what it says and lightens scarring and pigmentation
- Lovely texture for blending
- Color is a good match for different skin tones
- Does cover up and minimize the appearance of pores when used
- High SPF, which is so necessary in our hot and humid climate

Cons:

- Not much coverage for a BB Cream, hence it's "natural" look
- Does oxidize a little and gets oily after about 3-4 hours
- Requires a loose powder on top as the finish can be quite dewy
- Not very suitable for undereye area, too thick
- Not as hydrating as I thought it would be.
- Probably need a beauty blender or sponge for the application to be really flawless

This was a bit of a slow burner for me but on the whole I am pleased with this product.

So housed in a slim white flip-top tube, the packaging irked me somewhat from the start because it has a tendency to leak a little around the lid, however the flip-top hinge seems pretty robust.

The smell is distinctly sunscreen to me, I don't mind it too much but if one is hoping for daisies then one will be disappointed.

The texture to me is a thickish cream, thicker than say NARS Radiant Tinted Moisturiser, it blobs out and stays in the shape of the blob. It spreads easily and does not sink into the skin without a trace.

I picked the "fair" which is the palest shade, and happily for me there is no yellow in this, it is a pale pinky putty shade but without the ashy pinky white of MAC's BB cream. I find that this fills in my open pores, neutralises my hyperpigmentation on upper and lower eyelids, and covers my thread veins. Having a somewhat oily skin I am glad that this does have some initial mattifying properties, and does not oxidise too much.

This feels quite rich on my skin which I like, its lasting properties are okay, but any disappearance is due more to my skin's oiliness rather than the products inadequacies.

When I initially tried this I wasn't happy, it seemed to me like a glorified sunscreen with a tint and a smell, but on subsequent retries I have found that it deals with my skin imperfections admirably, I can do an initial pass to get it onto my skin and then go in again to double layer, and whilst I would not rely on this soley for my skin protection - a little does go a long way - it is satisfying to have a product with a decent SPF that I can use around my eyes and really makes me look like me but 10 x better.
£23 for 30mls in UK
*UPDATE* 1 month on I am again not sure about this product - I would still rate it the same but sometimes I feel as if I am just smearing a tinted sunscreen onto my face which has all but disappeared within a few hours - like I said before due down to my skin and its oiliness rather than defects in the product.

I really like this bb cream. Although the coverage is low it covers my huge pores!! It doesn't clog my pores and look very natural and evens my skin tone. However I can smell alcohol from this bb cream when I applied it.

I just got the 5 day trial sample in Light skin tone and am still on the first pack. I like the creamy texture of this BB cream, coverage is not too thick and it blends nicely with my skin tone which helps to produce a nice finishing. I used it on top of my moisturizer but it still gives off a bit of shine after application. I like how it has SPF 50 PA+++ protection, which means it can act as a sun screen as well. Haven't seen any 'correction' of my uneven skin tone as touted by this product (but of course, it has only been 2 days since I used it). I would consider buying this once I am done with the samples they gave me and if it proves to be worth the hefty price tag.

This product works great on my sensitive, oil-prone skin... it lasted a whole day with me being outdoors for more than 8 hours! All I use now is this after my moisturizer and it gives a great coverage and blends in perfectly with my skin colour. If you want it totally matte, then just apply some loose powder to set and you're good to go:)

Its strongest selling point, though, is that it is non-comedogenic (will not clog your pores) and hardly oily despite its high SPF. Strongly recommend!
