It smells so good and lasts, it's the most long lasting perfume on me, I went on biking 3 hours with big sun, got home 12 hours later, can still smell a bit.
HG! I got a tiny bottle of this for free at sephora and it is soo lovely!! Smells heavenly! This is my new favorite perfume!
I was at sephora the other day, sprayed some on and all of sudden I fell in love with it. Looking forward on buying it soon. It smell soo good.
I love this perfume! It smells sweet and sexy at the same time.
The only reason i rated it 4 instead of 5, is that on me the fragrance somehow smells very light, so i need maybe 4 spritzes, whereas for some other perfumes i only need 2 spritzes. Since a bottle of it isn't cheap, this makes using this perfume a bit expensive for me.
However, the scent itself is fantastic. Much better than The One, or D&G Pour Femme, which i tried at the counter before buying this.
I am 17 and quite surprised that I actually live this scent. I received it from someone else and was a little skeptical as to what I thought about it as I though it might be more of a mature lady scent (ie 30 onwards). Totally love the scent, smells divine and has cute packaging :
This is love. I'm 23, and was finding ways to come off mature, while maintaining a classy composure. Let me tell ya, this stuff is the way to do it. My signature fragrances in high school and middle school were the classic young girl go-to perfumes (ie Ralph by Ralph Lauren, anything nonsensual by Victoria Secret, Vera Wang's Princess). This smell definitely attracts mature men (not suggested for under 21). I mainly use this when I go out at night. The heart note is the best. A bit pricey, but for a great scent by D&G you cannot go wrong. Worth it. It's named 'Desire' for a reason...
Another sample I recently received!
At first I thought this would be too strong, but I've been pleasantly surprised how nice this is!
I feel very feminine and classy when I wear this. Not too uptight or boring, but not skanky either haha.
This is my go to scent on date nights <3
Wow I love this! I was not a fan of the original The One, it was too powdery and linear on my skin. I thought that The One (original) could possibly smell good with some tweaks. This fragrance hits the nail on the head with the sweet fruitiness it adds. A touch of caramel (Prada Candy without the benzoin), a little bit of litchi (like Escada's Sunset Heat) and a touch of tuberose (like Juicy Couture original). This combination is significantly softer than all of the above referenced perfumes and very well blended. It has a very soft and sweet drydown and is very feminine. Expensive yes, but I would buy again, I like it that much!
The newest Dolce & Gabanna The One Desire is my favorite of the One series by far. It's lovely! I've made special trips to get samples of this because I cannot afford a bottle of this wonderful new fragrance! That makes me not so happy! The price on this is too high I don't care how good it smells. It's not a niche fragrance after all. Not that all niche fragrances are worth it either, but as much as I like The One Desire-I probably will Not be buying a bottle any time soon! But back to the fragrance-it smells similar to the original, which was not my favorite, but it doesn't last as long as i would like for such a pricey scent! But the fragrance is divine! Some women will get this despite the price because it's a man getter for sure! My husband took one whoof of this and said WOW! Now he's very hard to please cranky 66 yr. old. the fragrance can be worn by all women of any age. It can irritate some of those unlucky allergic people because it's a bit strong, so be careful not to overspray. I love it but not enough! It's definitely on my wish list for all the good that will do! I just don't understand why D&G priced it so high!!
I really like this smell, especially since I've been in love with the original 'The One' since it came out. However, the price point is ridiculous, and unless you spend a lot of money regularly or simply are in love with this perfume because you can't stand others, then it's not worth it. I can't even justify spending $80 on 1 oz of perfume, and think Dolce & Gabbana are out of their minds charging such a price when Guerlain and Givenchy 1 oz perfumes run for ~$60.
But I do really like it :(
