this is a miracle product! can't praise it enough! it's nothing fancy but it just does an amazing job. the silver in it clears up any acne or irritation and it's very moisturizing too. i suffer from quite irritable dry skin in the winter and this really calms the irritation down and keeps pimples at bay whenever i feel a brake-out coming. it's not the most nourishing cream but with a hydrating toner and a serum underneath it works even for on dry skin. scent is wonderful too AND it's free or yucky ingredients which is always a huge plus. not sure how available this is worldwide since it's an austrian product but it's around 10eur in pharmacies. anyone should pick this up if they can get their hands on it!
