I just recently found my HG liner for my waterline. I find the rest to smear and smudge easily due to contact lens usage.

I conducted swatch tests in one of the biggest department store nearby, with all possible brands. Firstly I drew lines from different waterproof eyeliner brands, let them dry, try smudging them and lastly put hand sanitizer and try rubbing it back and forth. This was the hardest one to remove. The other ones were already blended into grey puddle while this was still intact.
