I love this mascara!!!

it has a special wand that you can twist and it makes the spooks long and curved, so it is maybe the ONLY mascara that curls my lashes up while applying the mascara very evenly. it defines like a dream and lengthens. no volume though : ( but I noticed that if i put a volumizing mascara on before, then use this wand to comb out, it is the best results : )

I was really really looking forward to purchase this mascara and even made a special trip to a farther Walmart that carried Flower products, only to find out how much I dislike this product.
I bought two of these, black and brown. I am not sure what's wrong with the packaging of the brown mascara, but it comes out all guppy and thick and it's impossible to even apply on the lashes without creating a horrible mess. The brush itself is pretty cool and I do enjoy the concept of three different settings, but it just did not want to work (the brown one). I kept turning the cap to change settings and it was just awfully messy.
PLUS this mascara is VERY water-proof. If you are looking for a water-proof mascara, look no further. This will NOT come off! I tried to remove the black one with every possible eye make up remover I own, plus jojoba oil and it literally takes me 5 minutes to remove it completely.

I never have loved a mascara as much as this one. The closest I've come to liking a mascara this much was with the fairy drops one that was almost $30. This is inexpensive, makes my short lashes look long, seperated, and dark, and is long lasting. I couldn't believe how well this worked. It's definitely worth trying. It's crazy how long it makes my lashes, absolutely no clumping, they almost look fake.

I will say right away: The mascara has a strong chemical smell, my eyes started to water and have a burning feel. I kept it on for about an hour then washed my face. In the morning I woke up with swollen eyelids and puffy bags under my eyes. Obviously something in the formulation did NOT agree with me, and it's going back. First time I ever had a reaction to mascara.

This seemed like an intriguing product. I usually don't shop at Walmart for various ethical reasons. But I was curious about this new line. It is clean-looking and "chic" and pretty comprehensive, though I wish there were testers... At any rate, I thought I'd try this mascara Well, the brush is interesting, I'll say that--but I'm not sure it actually has any real effect on application, perhaps it's more of a gimmick and people just want to believe in it. I actually do prefer wands with more "toothy" bristles which comb through nicely without clumps. When the wand is twisted, the teeth form into a spiral and I suppose the newly more dense teeth are supposed to help with volume. I guess the way I see it, adding a second or third coat would achieve the same thing.

So perhaps this will work for others, but this was a great disappointment. I shall now go splash cool water on my face and hope the swelling goes down around my eyes.

Okay, this line of cosmetics has spurred me to write my very first review. I absolutely love the soft feel and the color - BROWN- not brown/black or brownish/black or blackened brown. It is so rare to find brown in a drugstore makeup, and this along with the three way brush have convinced me that Drew is serious about this line. I am anxious to try other items in the line.

Okay, I'll be honest...I only bought this mascara cause I thought the wand was cool. I must've spent a good five minutes playing with that thing, changing it's shape and not even bothering to try it out.
But when I finally forced my inner ADHD child to calm down and tested it out, it was instant love. I've never gotten the kind of definition from any mascara except for this. Not kidding, it looked like it had grabbed onto every single lash. It looked like I actually HAD lashes, which for me, is quite the feat.
I then twisted it (and got a little distracted again...what can I say, it's a cool brush) and wasn't as impressed. It gave a wee bit more volume, and it was starting to make my lashes clump together. Yikes.
So then on my other eye I tried the brush completely untwisted, and went for defintion, then slapped on Jordana Best Lash Extreme, which gives insane length and volume, but can clump like a beast if you're not careful.
The result convinced my friends I was wearing falsies. My lashes looked massive and there were oh so many of them.
The formula is just perfect. Not too wet, not too dry, and no flaking either. I'm quite happy with this mascara and will definetly repurchase...even if it means I have to go through Walmart to get it.

I'm picky when it comes to mascara. I like something unscented with a nice sooty black color that leaves my lashes looking fuller and longer without drying to a crunchy finish. This mascara is the regular black color fits the bill perfectly. I'm very impressed with it. Doesn't clump and it doesn't leave me with raccoon eyes at the end of the day either. Definitely with repurchase!

This mascara is supposed to work three ways. One click for lengthening, two clicks for curling, and three clicks for thickening.

I got the second and third clicks mixed up and wondered why it was curling and thickening at the same time! The brush is on the large side. I held it at the roots and slightly wiggled it and combed up. I did not curl my lashes prior, but this mascara definitely gave my lashes a long swept up look. The more I combed through my lashes, the more volume appeared. No clumps at all.

Now, I'm the odd duck who doesn't like volume in a mascara. I like lengthening and curling only. When I figured out my mistake, I tried it on the second click, and I got the lengthening and curling with no volume that I wanted.

I didn't care for the lengthening mascara in the deep purple tube in the Flower line. Perhaps they should make THIS the only mascara since it's so versatile. You really need to take the time to try this mascara out in it's different configurations to know if you like it.

Flower Beauty NEVER tests on animals and is made in the U.S.A.

It does everything it promises: it VOLUMIZES, CURLS, & LENGTHENS! It wasn't clumpy and it does not flake. I wore it for 7 hours straight & it still looked perfect. Just as a side note: I usually curl my lashes before just to add to the look & that made this mascara work even better. I love the concept of the wand & it definitely works. continued >>
