This is described by Lancome as a "deep cranberry red." I suppose that isn't too far off the mark, but I would describe it as a deep/bright red with metallic sheen. The metallic component puts it somewhat over the top and makes it look a bit garish. I have to shrug and tell myself it will wear down pretty fast -- then it does.
I greatly prefer Cherry Lace in L'Absolu Nu.
