This eyeliner is perfect for one with sensitive eyes or contact lenses users. Glides on smoothly through the waterline. The only down thing was that it started smudging 2 - 3 hours on my oily skin and smeared down onto my eyebags, making my problematic dark circle even worse. But it didn't hurt my eyes like some waterproof kohls. Afterall, my search for the best smudgeproof eyeliner continues...
