I think it was the smell and the colors on the packaging (silver/grey and bright pink) that made me curious enough to try this, since I've never tried any hair care products from CHI... The shampoo was OK, but not something I would willingly buy again. As I was shampooing, it felt like it was coating and leaving residue, which I usually don't expect from something that I am CLEANSING my hair with :/ It didn't leave my hair feeling moisturized, or anything different. It basically did NOTHING for me. The smell is very nice, very "pink" and a little floral i guess... The matching conditioner was also just "OK", nothing I would spend money on ever again. Too bad! It looked so nice :(
