This was on clearance at Winners (Canadian equivalent of TJ Maxx and Marshalls) for $7 so I got it.
It's a beautiful taupey/grey with a hint of purple undertones. There is a slight shimmer and it goes on effortlessly.

If MAC's Satin Taupe didn't work for you (it doesn't work me for even though I desperately wanted it to) then Chestnut Freeze might be an alternative.

It does look like Clarins has discontinued these eye shadows for the new mineral ones and I don't see this colour on the website.
If you happen to find it in a clearance bin somewhere, it's worth getting.
