This stuff is serious business. It's also amazing. Here is how Aquage describes their Transforming Spray:

- Extreme-hold texturizing spray/firmest-hold aerosol finishing and texturizing spray which has an ideal dry-down period that allows texture, volume, and lift to be created on dry hair
- Creates randomness, strand separation and definition on hair that has already been blow dried
- Perfect tool to create texture and hold simultaneously

I have used this as a texturizing spray, and it has given me nice results, although it does tend to cause some dryness. As a firm-hold hairspray, it is wonderful. I can mold my hair into any shape I want and can keep it that way all day long with this spray. No gumminess, no flakes. It also gives a really nice shine without looking greasy. The price for a 10 oz bottle should be $22 in salons (a travel size is also available).
