Hated this. After using it on and off for 2 weeks my hair was looking very dull and dirty. It does not volumize at all! I expected soft bouncy shiny hair and I got heavy dull and lifeless. Eww. There are way better volumizing shampoos that make your feel clean, this did not
I'll start off that I have below shoulder-length hair, thin, and probably over-processed. I've been trying different things to bring it back to heath. I use It's a 10 Miracle Keratin Leave-In conditioner and love it. So, I decided to try this shampoo since my hair is so thin and I wanted something healthy for it. Also, it doesn't have a matching conditioner and I figured my leave-in would be fine. Wrong, just wrong. I love the smell and the fact it doesn't take much (1 pump.) It lathers really nicely, BUT it tangles the crap out of my hair!!! I've never had a shampoo that literally tangles my hair like a bird's nest which makes it nearly impossible to brush through even after letting the leave-in sit in for a while. Also, I feel like I can't wash it all out. Under the water it feels as if it's all out, but then I get out of the shower and can still hear the suds in my hair! I really wish this would've worked out for me, especially for the price ( i got it for around $20 on amazon.) I've had it for maybe 2 weeks and it just stresses me out. I'm ordering a completely different brand and hope it works. (I'll still stick with the leave-in, i love that stuff!)
I am in love with this volumizing shampoo. I have baby fine hair and not much of it. I have highlites & lowlites done about every 8 weeks, this shampoo has been amazing with the color, it hasn't faded at all. What I love the most is my hair is so healthy and shiny...AND it actually has body, volume and bounce for once in it's life! It doesn't lather into a huge foam like other shampoo's do, but there is enough lather to feel like your hair is being cleaned. I reviewed the leave-in lite as well..my hair has never looked better using these two products together. The price is high, but one to one and a half pumps should be enough. sleekhair.com has the best price I've seen so far.
