I am very disappointed in this conditioner.
I thought it would be similar to the Tresemme Keratin Heat Protectant, but it's the complete opposite..
So, first of all my hair type is: very fine/thin/ bleached, very frizzy and normal-oil wise, slightly dry but does also get oily quick, the bottom of my hair is dryer and the rest is normal oily.
I found this conditioner to be VERY drying..My hair is not all dry, the ends are but the rest of my hair is normal/slightly oily. and this conditioner dries out my hair a lot..
I have used this about 2-3 times and first of all, right before blow drying I like to apply my heat protectant the Tresemme Keratin which actually makes my hair smooth, shiny, and healthy looking and get's rid of frizziness..then I blow dry..well when I started to blow dry my hair was very frizzy still dry!! as if I had never applied that heat protectant to my hair..wow! and my heat protectant is also very serum-like, it smoothes down my hair and I never have any problems with it..then after I was done I applied a PM serum, and it's like nothing happened! my hair was still dry and very frizzy, which is not my usual result..tbut there's something in this conditioner that just...goes through all your finishing products and dries out your hair.. :/
Then after I blow dried I thought maybe my hair would look better in the morning/after I sleep on it, and in the morning it was still dry! and after a week yes a week! I kid you not my hair was still dry..I was like wth is going on because usually by day 4 my natural oils start making my hair oily...but no! that's not what happened...this conditioner completely dried out my hair...and even right now as I'm writing this review my hair is still dry! that is not good! your hair should not be this dry ever.
I'm not even sure if I would recommend this to someone who has oily/very oily hair, because it will dry it out, and you should look for something that's ph balancing..this is def. not! this conditioner will strip all the moisture out of your hair..that's not a good thing.
Again..I'm very surprised..I thought this would be exactly like the Tresemme heat protectant with Keratin..since they are from the same line but it's so not..
I will def. go back to my Garnier Triple Nutrition, a conditioner that has never failed me!
but I did want to give this a try...I honestly saw nothing good come from it...:/
it left my hair dry and very frizzy /and it looked very unhealthy...and no matter what serums I put in it ..it still looked dry..the serums weren't even showing up on my hair!
No, I will def. not repurchase this conditioner or recommend this to anyone. Horrible product.

After the first day of having used the shampoo and conditioner, my hair was soft and shiny, but when it came to day two, the end of my hair were dry and frizzy.
I wouldn't mind this so much if each bottle wasn't £5!!
I'm not sure if I would purchase this.
I only got it because it was half price two weeks ago. At £5, I'm not sure if I would purchase it again.
Alright, so this is sort of an odd take on this product, but I found this conditioner/shampoo duo to be....TOO smoothing..? My hair has a natural curl too it, nothing too extreme, just a step above beachy waves, and I LOVE that about it, but after using this, it COMPLETELY obliterated any trace of a curl I had which kind of upset me :( I know this won't be the case with all of you, as some of you might really actually need something like this, but this wasn't the product for me :( Go after this if you desire that sleek, straight look :) It does leave your hair shiny though, so that's always a plus!

DOOOONT use this product everyday! I hate how these drugstore brands dont make it clear how you should use their products when their products could cause alot of damage if used wrong, like this one! Too much protein does break off all your hair ; ( like what happened to me when I was 16 and I over-bleached my hair, bc I was ignorant of how to use hair bleach (so miserable). I think you should always do research before using something new like this. I wouldnt use this keratin shampoo & conditioner more than twice a week, at most! Like I said, too much keratin (protein) breaks your hair off. But, a little is very good for your hair. I recommend getting a keratin hair masque and using once a week =] continued >>
I would like to warn people about the long term effects of Tresemme's keratin smooth shampoo & conditioner and serum. I have used the system for a month and it has made MY HAIR FALL OUT. I'm not exaggerating and this is not due to a medical condition or stress, the only thing I've done differently is use their keratin smooth system. Maybe it won't make everyone's hair break and fall out, but it did mine. What happens is if you use all 3 products, it builds up too much keratin/silicone on your hair follicles, and they become brittle and inflexible. Inflexible hair=breakage. I have lost about half the thickness of my hair because of this stuff so please be careful and keep an eye on how much hair you are losing each day if you choose to use this product. I have switched shampoos/conditioners so I hope that I have caught this in time to not lose anymore hair. continued >>
I have really dull hair. My ends are split, and I have horrible fly-aways.
I have NEVER been able to find a set conditioner that I've liked and stuck to. I've tried all kinds of brands.
All I can say is that literally the first day that I used this conditioner (I kept my regular hair routine the same) I counted 7..... SEVEN of my co-workers that complimented me on my hair! One told me that I had "movie star hair today." They asked me if I dyed it, or if I got it cut, or if I did something different. I was actually amazed, I've never really gotten compliments on my hair like that before, it made me feel so flattered!
I feel ridiculous raving on a conditioner, and I have read a couple reviews from people that it didn't work well for, but I'm so glad that I finally found a conditioner that I can stick to. What makes it even better is the price, and how much product you get. It smells really good, like that fresh salon hair smell, and the consistency is really nice -- not too thick, and not too thin.

Keratin smooth is a fabulous conditioner! It makes my hair super soft, silky smooth, more manageable and a little bit thicker! I love the smell!Love it!
I was pleasantly surprised with this shampoo & conditioner since all others I've tried in the past with keratin have left my hair dry. This shampoo/conditioner combo is doing a great job of smoothing my hair and giving moisture without making it oily (do note I have thick/dry hair). So far I'm loving it and would repurchase.
Even if this doesn't work out for you, it's no huge loss since it's so cheap and easy to find.

I was so excited to try this new product but boy was I disappointed. The smell was awesome but my hair was so dull and dry afterwards. So I'm giving this a thumbs down... Sorry :(
This shampoo and conditioner made my hair pretty frizzy. I picked it up because the price was great, and I was super excited to try it. It smells fantastic, and I wish that was the only thing that mattered but unfortunately, it's performance over-rode that. When first getting out of the shower, my hair felt amazing and I thought I had finally found the perfect shampoo/conditioner combo. As it dried, it got more and more frizzy and dry, so much more than any other products I have tried recently. I returned it because that is how much it pissed me off!
Also, the conditioner has demethicone (as do most) so the sleekness and smoothness you may feel is because your hair is being coated in silicone. I have decided to switch to "cone" free conditioners as they are healthier in the long run. Not for nothing, but I tried L'Oreal EverCurl yesterday and fell in love. (even though my hair is straight!) The shampoo is sulfate free, conditioner is "cone" free, and my hair feels ten times better than it did with this stuff. I can't wait for the product to come out on here so I can review it fully :)
