Blossom 152 was an LE Asia Exclusive released in 2011. Fortunately, it was later released in the US as well, but only at Nordstrom (and again, it was LE).
Chanel Glossimers are my favorite lip glosses because of their texture and staying power. A lot of glosses cause a thin white line of.... gunk to form around the inside of my lips (those who have experienced the same problem will know exactly what I'm talking about). I've never experienced that issue while wearing a Glossimer.
In the Tube, Blossom 152 is a light to medium rose pink loaded with shimmer and multicolor sparkles. On the lips, it is sheer and adds only a touch of color. It is only a little bit shimmery, but very sparkly. The sparkles flash many different colors, but mostly silver, blue, and pink. The sparkles are very fine.... much too fine to be called glitter and cannot be felt on the lips.
It's texture and staying power is average for Glossimers.... very slightly sticky and wears for at least 4 hrs without eating/drinking.
Ordinarily I find sheer glosses to be boring. However, I don't feel that way about most sheer Glossimers. There's just something about the way that they sparkle.... it can only be truly appreciated in the sunlight. That being said, Chanel has made many sheer Glossimers and some do tend to look similar on the lips. If you have other cool toned sheer glossimers with multicolor sparkles, you can probably skip this one. continued >>
