I don't understand how people say these are sticky?! Id describe them as silky. I recently got a craving to buy lip gloss and I purchased 4 of these. All around $4, so cheap!! Fabulous fushcia is my favorite. Absolutely love these! Great value and great product :) If you want great gloss and don't feel like forking out heaps, these are awesome. As for staying power, it's a lip gloss.. what do you expect?! I didn't find these to come off super quick or anything, and the deeper colours leave a pretty stain :) You do need to reapply, but to me I find that therapeutic for some reason.. coz it feels so smooth maybe?! Try these!!

I'm not a fan of lipglosses but it was so cheap and I needed something shiny to wear at nights.

The product is sticky, but really does shine to be fair, and didn't cause any allergic irritation for me. But the sticky part made me have to apply it 3-4 times so one side of my lip would not shine more than the rest. And the sticky part also makes the lipgloss stay properly on your lips pretty difficult if you are going to drink something, eat something, or kiss someone. I'm not sure how I could wear it when hanging outside.

But at least in my country the price is SO cheap, it's worth to get one to wear when you are just going to a grocery store or something (read: know you won't drink/eat anything and will come back home in a short time), or to take pictures. That's what I did with mine so far. The color looks nice on my lips, I just wore it at home when hanging with friends and took a bunch of pictures of us.

Not a fan of these glosses. I purchased a total of 5. They're sticky and the packaging sucks. 3 of the 5 broke. The tops came right off. They are not very mouisterizing and don't last longer then 10 mins. I do not recommend and will not buy

I have the shade #23 "DAZZLE GLOW". It's a sheer gloss with lots of shimmer.
Although the price is pretty low, and the packaging is cute and well made, the product didn't amaze me. I find it a little "thicker" than I would want it to be. It's good only with a moisturizing or semi-matte lipstick underneath. It gives a nice shine and it makes lips look bigger this way. But it's not staying well on bare lips or matte lipsticks, I don't know why, it just doesn't feel right. Finally I have to admit that it's not sticky once you have it on the lips.

I bought this in 25 Bright Side of Life, and while the colour can be a little bright, it's super pretty! The only problem is, the sparkles stick around long after the gloss is gone, and transfer all over the place.

I admit, I'm not much of a gloss fan. I find them (in general) to be too sheer, too sticky, and too expensive for what they do. I much prefer a lipstick which actually gives my lips some colour!

That said, I'm in love with this one. I have it in 06 Soft Almond (I'm in the UK so might be named something else in other countries) and I love it. It is still sheer, don't get me wrong, but it has just enough colour that I can wear it on it's own for a tiny bit of colour with a natural face. I prefer to layer it over Essence nude lipstick 03 Come Naturally which is a little too cool for my skin tone.

The best thing about this gloss is that it isn't sticky at all. It glides on, looks lovely and stays on fairly well - although of course transfers onto glasses and things. I don't mind reapplying at all though as the price is great - £2. I got 2 lipsticks, a gloss and nail polish for the price of the Urban Decay gloss I was considering - and I prefer the Essence gloss!

I'd always prefer a lipstick over a gloss for a lot of colour, but for shine and a hint of colour, these really can't be beat. The only reason I haven't got more is that it's a pain getting to the shop that sells them!

Because of the good reviews here I bought two of these today. There were no testers so I chose two of the colours I thought would be best. 022 Nude Kiss is a sheer, muted, subtle pink shade with very imperceptible sparkles. Worn alone, it looks almost like a clear lip gloss. 08 Glamour To Go is much thicker in consistency with a creamy iridescent glow - resembling Nars Turkish Delight but with more sheen. These both look so beautiful alone or over a darker lipstick that I plan to get more. These are as good as the high end ones or even better because the smell is pleasant and there is no taste. Plus they don't wear off immediately. The one caveat is that often they are not sealed and because there are no testers someone may have opened and tried them. Try to get a sealed one, or pick one from the back.

Update: I went back and got it in Nude Candy, which is the dupe of Turkish Delight only a little more sheer. At the same time I got a Revlon lip gloss and it was not any better than these, yet Revlon costs a lot more. There's absolutely no reason to pay more for a big brand name lip gloss as the ingredients and results are exactly the same and these get used up so fast. I absolutely recommend these if you can be sure it's not old stock because sometimes they go bad right in the store (that is true of every brand). I'm using these all day long now as I got tired of the matte lip.

I have this in clear, and I use it for gradient lips. it's very sticky and doesn't last for more than an hour, but feels great on the lips!

I quite like this lipgloss and have bought a few of them. It's not super pigmented, but it's great for topping off lipsticks, which is my favorite way to use it. The formula is super smooth, emollient, moisturizing, and goes on really well. The title is accurate when they say shine because the finish is very shiny and shimmery (it's not gritty though). The one problem is the lasting power. Since there is no stickiness or tackiness to it, it doesn't last very long (2-ish hours) and reapplying is necessary. But if you don't mind, this is an awesome product and I fully recommend it.

I bought this lip gloss in a deep red color and I hate it! It made lips a sticky gloopy mess. I felt like I put caramel or taffy on my lips! It distributed so unevenly as i even got it under my lower lip! Yuck!
