Got samples of the poo, cond. and mask. The shampoo/cond. made my hair look and feel totally healthy, full of volume and super shiny. The only downfall??? It made my scalp super itchy to the point that I won't even consider using up the samples, it was that bad :( I would still recommend this though if you do not have a sensitive scalp. This line would have seriously been an HG contender for me if it wasn't for the sensitivity issue. Totally sucks!

It has a good smell. I'm usually sold with the smell first then I check what it will do for my hair. I like to rotate my hair care because after a while it stops working. So I bought this.... and I wish I would have saved the receipt. It made my hair super oily. My hair is normal and curly. I had to wash my hair everyday with this product. Now I know.....

I am not sure what the difference is between this product and other drugstore shampoos that claim much less in results. Having said that, this did not do any repair or improvement. I ended up returning it and in fact, it made me really mad that L'Oreal could really deceive the consumers by trying to sell this and the conditioner under the Total Repair concept. I would not recommend this at all.

WIsh there was a "Maybe" for Would you buy this product again...because MAYBE I would buy this line. I do get a sense that it is helping to slowly correct some of the damage to my hair from coloring and heat styling. But is it AHHHHmazing? Meh.

First of all, the smell of this shampoo (& the conditioner) is really strong & it doesn't go away until the next time I wash my hair. I don't l like that. Secondly, every time I shampoo, I can see my hair color getting washed down the drain. I don't like that either.

This shampoo lathers up nicely, that's the one good thing I can say. I've always used the matching conditioner after & even though my hair is pretty shiny, it's oddly frizzy. I say it's odd because I bought this for my aunt specifically to fight frizz. My long hair has a halo of frizz to it after I use these so, no, I will not repurchase.

I was so excited to try out this new line from L'Oreal. I'm a sucker for advertising, and I really like Lea Michele. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and damage-erasing balm. I'm sorry to say I completely regret my purchases. These products were absolutely HORRIBLE for my hair! My hair looked so frizzy and damaged after using them. Straw is probably softer and shinier than how my hair felt and looked after using these products! I was shocked at how bad they were. I'm a huge fan of L'Oreal's Kerastase and Professionals lines. They are a lot more expensive than the Advanced Haircare line, but now I know why. I guess you really do get when you pay for when it comes to L'Oreal products.

I really like this shampoo, lathers very well, rinses cleanly, and the scent isn't overpowering. Will buy again.

Ugh! This stuff was the worst! I purchased this LAST night (along with the matching conditioner) and used it this morning. Felt smooth and slippery when I washed it out, the smell wasn't atrocious (a bit too perfumey for my taste)....but when I tried to comb it out, it felt...crunchy and sticky. I thought perhaps I didn't wash it out all the way so I rinsed it another time. STILL couldn't get the sticky feeling out. I struggled some more with combing and finally got any snags out and tried to dry it. Oh my goodness...AWFUL! I could actually HEAR my hair crunch when I grabbed it, like rubbing dry straw together.
Maybe the ingredients just don't mesh well with the hard Minnesota water we have but I've never had a shampoo/conditioner make my hair WORSE. Now that I think of it I used the "Ever" smooth line before and that was just as bad. No more L'oreal for me!

I have thin, fine, color treated hair. I have been test driving this, and Pantene's Age Defy. This won, hands down. I used each for a full 6 days in a row. On day one I used a clarifying shampoo, then 6 days of this shampoo. Same routine with the Pantene. I always used the same conditioner (DermOrganic...love that stuff!) and the same styling products (Redken 07 Layer Lift & Gelatine) so that it was only the shampoo that changed. Every day I used this was a good hair day. Something that I've never experienced. I've always had to switch 'poos every couple of days or my hair goes flat, frizzy, and unmanageable. Not with this. Every day my hair looks full, smoother, and easier to style and manage. It stays looking good all day long. It lathers well, rinses clean with no coated feeling, but not so clean my hair feels stripped. I did like the scent of the Pantene a little better. They are both a fruity kind of scent and that one's just a touch better. For the price its kind of amazing how well it works on my hair.
