One good thing about this conditioner is it gives my hair instant detangling. I can rinse & comb through right away. but that's the total of the good.

It smells really strong & that doesn't go away until you wash with something else. Even though my hair is pretty shiny after I use this, it's oddly frizzy. I say it's odd because I bought this for my aunt specifically to fight frizz, it only worked the first couple of time for her, then too much build up. It causes my scalp to itch if I use it 3 times in a row & my long hair has a halo of frizz to it after I use these so, no, I will not repurchase.

I do not have damaged hair but I buy "repair" conditioners like this because I love rich creamy moisturizing conditioners. This stuff dried my hair out pretty badly, then I read the ingredients and saw that alcohol is one of the first, this stuff will be HORRIBLE on damaged hair. Please aim for different drugstore conditioners like herbal essences or Aussie if you want moisture.

On a whim I picked up trial sizes of the Total Repair shampoo and conditioner, figuring that if I didn't like them I was only out a grand total of $2.50 LOL! Anyhow, like some other people here I was really surprised to find I really like them and that this combo is actually really good! Especially for those of us with dry color-treated CURLY hair who are usually told to stay away from anything with sulfates and silicones in it I pretty much did avoid those two types of ingredients for nearly 4 years, but my hair was responding less and less to that type of routine, and tended to look a bit duller than it needed to and color didn't stay in as long as it could too, even with protein and deep conditioning and all. Anyhow, this combo right away restored shine and body that I haven't seen for awhile and moisture too. I can't wait to try the corresponding mask. These products are on sale at CVS this week too so I'm going to go for all three!:) A woman on YouTube with long curly hair got so excited about this. On top of this great products that are actually better than some expensive salon stuff - YAY!

I didn't like this at all. I thought it didn't do much to moisturizer my hair and gave it no slip so it was always harder to detangle. it also felt that after a few uses, my hair felt coated with product and so i had to use a clarifying shampoo. To be honest, i bought the entire total 5 line - shampoo, conditioner, and treatment mask and none of the products in this line really wowed me. everything just felt really heavy yet not moisturizing.

I usually stay away from drugstore haircare, because I have fragile, dry, frizzy curly hair that can be difficult. I bought travel sizes of both this conditioner and shampoo, and I was amazed at how good it made my hair look and feel. The conditioner smoothed out my slightly damaged, colored hair, and made it feel like silk. The matching shampoo also cleaned well. After rinsing with this, I felt the tangles just fall out of my hair, and they haven't returned, My hair is shiny, there is no frizz and it finally looks healthy. With a little Redken Curvacous Ringlet cream worked into the ends after shampooing and conditioning, my hair has never looked better. Wonderous drugstore find.

Really pleasantly surprised by this. I have long, thick, coarse, color-treated hair that tends toward frizziness. After years of being disappointed by high-end products, I started using Suave's Sleek conditioner (from the Professionals range). I really liked that and was planning to repurchase, but I had coupon for Total Repair, so based on the reviews here decided to check it out. Love it! It leaves my hair so soft - and pretty much frizz-free. The review below that suggests using as little as possible is right on. Usually (with drugstore conditioners, especially) I have to pour half a bottle on my head to get results. But with this it actually works best if I use much less than I normally would. In all, I'm very very pleased!

I was so excited to try out this new line from L'Oreal. I'm a sucker for advertising, and I really like Lea Michele. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and damage-erasing balm. I'm sorry to say I completely regret my purchases. These products were absolutely HORRIBLE for my hair! My hair looked so frizzy and damaged after using them. Straw is probably softer and shinier than how my hair felt and looked after using these products! I was shocked at how bad they were. I'm a huge fan of L'Oreal's Kerastase and Professionals lines. They are a lot more expensive than the Advanced Haircare line, but now I know why. I guess you really do get when you pay for when it comes to L'Oreal products.

Wow, wow, wow! This conditioner is an amazing find in the drugstore. It is perfect for my wavy, coarse, frizzy hair. After using it for only 2-3 weeks, I can see and feel a significant difference in my hair. It has less breakage, frizz, and feels softer. Also, the ends of my hair seem significantly less crunchy. Product does not build up. My favorite thing about this product is I only need to use a little bit to get good results and de-tangled hair. I get the best results if I condition with it every day and shampoo every 3 days. The smell is pretty, like a light, perfume. This is my new favorite conditioner! I prefer it over high end brands. There is a lot in the bottle for a price less than $10.

This conditioner smells amazing, and really detangled and softened my hair very well. However, within a few hours my hair looked as frizzy as usual, even after brushing it. Can't give up my smoothing balm. But overall I'm very pleased with this. I got this on sale at Rite Aid for $3.99, but after my coupon it was only $1.99.
